I had a lousy lunch here today. After ordering and paying the cashier gave me 15 nickels for change. There's a bank next door, go get a roll of quarters. I like most burger joints, from hole in the wall, to fancier places. This place is bottom of the list. The food came out pretty fast and I suspect it was precooked. They got my order wrong, but I can pick off what I told them to leave off. The wagyu was gray, tough, and chewy. About what you'd get at a school cafeteria. The lamb was unremarkable. I was rolling through Ashburn when I decided to stop at this place. Seem like an interesting place. Burgers were priced in a manor that would suggest quality. The first thing I did when I walked in was wait for the cashier to get of the phone for 4 minutes. It did however give me time to notice the ambiance of this place which almost increased my anticipation. The food didn't take long to arrive. I ordered their signature mushroom Swiss burger with a side of sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries are hard to get right and I like mine a specific way but all I'll say about them is they were crisp but lack luster in seasoning and salt. The burger (mushroom Swiss) lost its integrity fast with each bite. It was a single patty burger that failed to live up to its $16.57 price tag. I also like mustard with my fries and they ran out. The same guy that was on his phone did bring my food out to me and even walk over to check on me however had the place been more busy I doubt he would have. I loved the variety of burger patties that they offer, as well as the different toppings that go with it; something for everyone to like and enjoy! The food tasted delicious, plus the prices are very reasonable. Their fries are flat as well (like a patty) but they are crispy and offers a fresh take on sides to the burgers. The service seems pretty consistent the few times I had been; the server took their time at the counter to explain the different options and varieties they have, and the food came out in a decent time. They have plenty of room to sit and walk around so it doesn't feel too exhausting. I like the customer-engagement with the picture-board with live updates using their hashtag. I would have given it 5 stars but I picked 4 due to some comments made by the owner during a visit. I was speaking to him about appreciating this place and having good burger options in this area. He went on to talk trash about Elevation Burger as a competitor.. first off - Elevation Burger is AWESOME!!! Great burgers. Ordered the Falafel patty which you don't find often in burger joints and it was amazing! They recently opened so some ordering processes still need to be hashed out but the food more than made up for it. The trio option is great. 3 burgers for 10 bucks isn't bad and is sufficient for 1 person. Incredibly disorganized and terrible service - and it's counter service at that. Luckily the place is small as the kitchen and management get overrun with the small volume they have now. And frankly it's not a great burger. Burger Shack in Ashburn is FAR better (not even close) and Burger 21 is better as well. And both are about five minutes away. Not sure who thought we needed another burger place but they should at least be good at what they do ... and they're not. Two stars because they're new and in theory could get better. Let's talk burger. Get this place going and they'd be a solid 4 stars. These burgers are tasty. The mix of flavors is awesome. So now bad: Minus one star because ordering requires a long wait ina short line. What I've noticed from the 4 trips here, people have a hard time walking through the menu. The cashiers typical wait as people truely take up to 20 minutes to order a burger. The cashiers need to step up and engage. The second bad is just a really long time getting food out. There always seems to be a whole lot of people in the kitchen and nothing coming out. Once the new-place pains are worked out, this place could be really good. First time trying this place; staff was very pleasant and helpful in answering my questions and making suggestions. Ordered a family meal to go, waited inside for about 10 min...not busy, and very clean. When I got home, food was packed well! Wings were delicious as were the onion rings and chips. Disappointing because I was so excited for this place to open. I hoped it would be a lot better than Johnny Rockets, and it certainly looks better, but everything else isn't much of an improvement. Very pricey for the portions you get. I can go to burger 21 and get a decent sized burger, fries, and shake for $15. With this place the portions are noticeably smaller, but still $15 (yes, regular beef too, and the box of fries are so small). You get more meat for a duo than a single burger at Burgerim, yet they're both $6.99. I recently ordered a trio with bacon. I got one sad piece of bacon in each burger. The food in general was alright. It wasn't bad, but if you're looking for convenience, this isn't the place. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but food takes a significantly long time to come out of the kitchen. Not only that, but they're timing seems very wrong. I ordered a combo there once and got a shake, but it came out when I was just about done with my meal. I don't know if it's just me, but I prefer it to come before or with my meal (and the restaurant was not busy at all). In conclusion, it needs a lot more improvement, and maybe this review will change. Perhaps dine at the various restaurants around the town center. The other places have good burgers too! read more

Their sweet potato fries and falafel burger are so good! Glad I decided to try something different besides the usual beef burger. My family enjoyed their burgers as well. Service was fast and friendly and the place was packed, so we sat at the bar. The self-service soda machines is always a nice feature so you can refill your own drinks as needed. read more

This particular BurgerIM has never disappointed. My wife and I eat here every weekend, and we get quality burgers, well-seasoned fries, and crispy yet juicy chicken wings (sweet chili garlic) every time . Our go-to orders are the duo sliders angus beef and crispy chicken (caliante style for a bit extra heat). The bathrooms and tables are spotless, and I've always seen the manager cleaning actively. One of the only halal restaurants in the area where I feel safe when eating in this COVID era. I'm not sure what kind of bad-rep BurgerIM franchises are dealing with, but from everything I've experienced and tasted, this place will always be my go-to burger joint. Ordered a sandwich with fries and a soda to go and paid by credit card. I waited 40 minutes for the food even though the restaurant was empty and I had called ahead to order. My wife was in the car dealing with a crying toddler, not a happy situation. I got the food and was on the road before I realized I didn't get the fries. I called the store and they wanted me to come back... I didn't have time to hang out at a fast food place all day so I asked instead for a partial refund for the fries to my credit card ( I thought that was fair). The manager initially said that's not possible, but reluctantly agreed after I insisted. He then claimed he issued a refund, but I'm yet to see it. Mistakes happen but it's customer service afterwards that's important. I'm heading to McDonalds next time. read more

OMG!!! Where do I start from??? First of all I was very happy to finally go here and more happy with the food taste, service and the place! The burger was delicious!!! Overall, I'd say the food here is pretty good and I've never been dissatisfied with an order, but the lack of service made it me hard to give a good rating. Both times I've been here, getting a table has been nearly impossible, since the restaurant is always crowded yet has minimal seating/space. Also, the lines are crazy. They move slow, with usually only one register open, and they typically are so long that the line blocks multiple tables, making even less seating options. Along with that, it takes an insane amount of time to make the food- it took me 30 minutes to get an order of kids chicken tenders- and one of the times I was here they didn't even have ice. When I get my food, I always enjoy it, but it seems as if there isn't enough staff and equipment to make the service up to standards. read more

Had amazing experience at BurgerIM. We went on a Friday night and it was pretty crowded. At the counter we were greeted by friendly cashier who also happened to be the owner of the joint. He took time to explain us the menu and help us with his suggestion. We got wagyu burger (it the best) with options of Classic, And Cowboy with fries and onion rings. You can order either duo or trio. Duo is where u can order 2 burgers and trip 3. With the amount of people in the restaurant, burgers came out nice and fresh in timely manner, it may have taken around 5-7 minutes for it to arrive with packed restaurant. I loved the flavor specially the cowboy which has bacon in it. The fries were cut in chips shape and onion rings were good too. The burgers are not larger. They are like the slider size. But having two of them with onion ring did not make me order another duo. Over-all has amazing experience. Friendly staff, nice ambiance, flavorful food what else can one ask for. read more

Burgers are pretty good, but their online ordering system is filled with deceitful and mandatory charges, like .49 cents per burger to cook it, a mandatory service fee and a mandatory tip. Ordered burger and sweet potato fries, Guy handed me order in a stapled bag and luckily I checked and there were regular fries, so I asked for the correct fries. He asked kitchen guys to make sweet potato fries and then handed them to when they are done - no apology for the incorrect order or waiting for the correct order. Just another stapled bag. I recently gave this place a try. Given my first time here, I picked the trio option so I could try different burger styles :). I must say that I really enjoyed my lamb burger in Caliente style. The fries that they provided were little bland but I added salt as per my liking to make them perfect. The place looks trendy and management seemed nice as well. I am definitely revisiting this place to try few other options they have on their menu. Cheers! P.S. - Contradictory to many folks complaining on yelp about the longer wait time, my food actually arrived in time!
