we arrived at the Oregon City location, drove through the drive through at 9:45, there were several cars ahead of us. We order 3. urges and a large fries. we drove 2 miles home to find the food was cold, fries the same way. I was frustrated and upset. We went to Burgerville because you alway get quality food, it this time nor the service.I called and told the young lady who answer the phone, told her I would be disputing the charge, there was. o way they would know the food wasn't hot/ dry warm. She said you can do that or come back and get it replaced, she was ver defensive, got louder. I drove back with the urgers and fries that were beyond cold, knocked on the door, asked the young man to take the bag and replace the food, he refused, go through the drive in. so I drove around, the i ordered the burger and fries, the same lady told me my attitude sucked, we aren't replacing your food, come back in the. owning, not only did she not handle herself well, she incited the interaction, POOR training, poor service, rotten food. won't be going back. read more

They have the absolute WORST fries EVER. The regular fries are tinted Orange because they NEVER change their oil. Their burgers taste stale, and old. The only positive is the fish taste goid. It's too bad the burgers are always COLD and dry. read more

Food was terrible , the wait in the line always takes so long with this location, which I wouldn't mind at all if my food was fresh and warm, this isn't the case, fries must have been reheated 3 times , the gluten free bun was completely ripped in half and still cold, I got chipotle sauce that tasted sour like if it was old. I go to burgerville all the time and this is by far the worst location ive ever been to. Will not be going back and will encourage others that live in Oregon city to go to a different fast food. Got off the phone tonight with the Manager at Burgerville RE: my last visit. Seems this OC branch is going through a transition phase of a new manager and maybe new employees? She said she'll talk to the crew to make sure this doesn't happen again and not to rush the orders. I understand this happens but it's simple, this should not happened to the same person twice in a month. Maybe it's a sign that I should stop eating fast food and start "checking into a gym" instead. End Result: The manger made it right on my end and she did a good job of following up with me. Looking forward to going back to see what improves. read more

I can honestly say that I don't ever remember having bad food here or any Burgerville for that matter. The service can be spotty. There is a younger blonde girl that I want to say has been there a year, possibly 2 years or so. She was super perky hen she forst started which annoyed me at first but she is very sweet, always friendly, even if the customer is rude. A guy ordering in front of me one day was crass and really downright mean to her. It would have put a lot of people onto tears but she stood with a smile and tried to appease him as best as he would allow her to. That being said, I think she deserves a lot of kudos as I think she is one of their best employees. I will have to try to snag her name next time. The lower stars accounts for several oher not so fabulous employees as well as the food seemingly going downhill. I've had burgers missing sauce, fries not cooked long enough, and incorrect orders. I realize this is fast food and we cannot expect restaurant service at fast food prices but I guess I've always held Burgerville at a higher standard. They are certainly not McDonald's prices so I've always felt they were above the quality as well. The fish pieces have literally shrunken in size by almost half. This picture was the pieces of fish I got. Literally almost half the size of the tartar sauce when they definitely used to be bigger than the size of one. $9 for these tiny pieces that equates to about 1 piece of fish at most restaurants for only a couple dollars less was pretty disappointing. I could go to a sit down restaurant order and get the fish AND fries (not to mention 3x the fish) for probably $4 more and it would still be NW fish and delicious. Visited this Burgerville about 2:00pm on 10/15/15. There was zero line (because who eats at 2:00?). The dude behind the counter was friendly and my order came out correct and hot. Also visited the bathroom. It was pretty clean, could use a wipe down, but nothing to complain about. Overall a good experience. read more

This is obviously just my opinion. I think Bergerville is a tourist attractions trap just like voodoo donuts their ingredients are local therefore, they should be cheaper. Being a native Oregonian, We've always loved Burgerville! The food is fresh and delicious. Yesterday I ordered at the drive through dinner for my four children. When I returned home I saw that my eldest son's food was left out. I phoned the restaurant and let them know. As is expected the employee said I could come back and get the food. I told her it wasn't convenient to drive back up there as I don't live on top of the hill. She suggested I get it tomorrow. I explained that this is my child's dinner for tonight and asked if the missing food could be delivered. She asked her manager who then got directions to my home. Now I remember why I stopped eating fast food 10 yo. I THOUGHT Burgerville was safe but WRONG. They said my meal can with things then upon inspection of the receipt I actually paid for everything including a pathetic slice of .75 cheese.... My order was wrong. My son and I both took two bites and had to throw away our food. One bite was ew and the second was to try again in case we had gotten a weird piece the first time and since my two sandwiches order was more than $15 I wanted to salvage what I could. Burgerville is just the best. It's a fact. Their burgers are so great, the fry sauce is original and awesome, the shakes are delicious, and how can you beat their company values and ingredient sources? I will say their fries aren't my absolute favorite ever, but they're pretty good if you get them very hot and fresh..otherwise they're just bland and soggy. The service here at this location has always been great, and the drive thru often gets VERY busy. It's not a place to add to your list of cheap fast foods, that's for sure. But if you respect what you're getting for your money and the great tasting food, you won't be disappointed. Certain things I stay away from here because of price..the main thing being their seasonal onion rings. They're $1 each!! It's so insane I made a point to buy 3 one year just to try these magical rings of onion. They weren't so magical though..a dollar a piece is insane. DQ has a basket for under $4 and they're delicious and the most underrated menu item of fast food places ever. However, on the opposite side I think Burgerville has the best value and taste for breakfast. You can get a made to order breakfast platter for $5.19! It's 2 eggs how you want them, an English muffin, bacon or sausage or ham, and two HUGE hash browns. It's SO so good, you can't beat it. I usually love this place. Would go there for some of my lunch breaks if I hadn't brought food. And it's local so it's just easy. With it being one of the few restaurants doing drive-thru during this Covid19 pandemic, you'd think proper PPE would be required. I went there to get some food on my way back home from grabbing stuff from the store, figuring it would be somewhat safe if I'd just not touch my face and wash my hands as soon as I got home before eating. When I got up to the window to collect my food I was shocked to see that the women at the window was NOT wearing gloves. I've heard of other places being required to, not sure if it's been clearly communicated to everyone but you'd think a manager would've caught this and been on top of it. I'm young, still susceptible to the virus but not much so as the older couple in front of me, who'd just grabbed their food from the no gloves lady. Do better. read more

Huge disappointment tonight. Customer service was good, however I stayed in the drive through for 10 minutes. I feel this was extensive given the small size of my order. The order consisted of one regular cheeseburger, one pepper bacon cheeseburger and two seasonal milkshakes. Both shakes we're phenomenal but both hamburgers were COLD and seemed to be stale. I've grown up in Oregon City and this Burgerville seems like it has always been around. The food is great. I especially appreciate the Gluten Free buns they serve now. The service is good, and probably comparable to any other fast food establishment. Certainly there are good days and bad days, but overall my experience in general is pleasant and tasty! read more
