There isn't anything that they cannot do! Everything is beautiful with quality craftsmanship and satisfaction guaranteed. Great value. The crew is respectful, always keep a clean site, and finish the job on time. This time around we did a lot! They trimmed my Oak Trees, fixed mortar on my flagstone patio + re-stained my pergola (Morningstar built this for me in 2016 and it has held up beautifully even through our harsh elements), added clear polycarbonate roofing to the pergola, built limestone boarders for my flower beds, created an area for my grill AND put the finishing touches on a little rock garden I tried to start on my own. You will love the owner, Jodi, she's amazing and one of the best!! And her crew is awesome too! Jodi has been working with the same guys for years-- they make an excellent team!

I regret ever recommending Cabinets to Go to anyone else before I have had a chance to complete my…read moreproject with them. I selected to have them field measure and furnish cabinets only. The numbers I was getting for installation from other contractors was half of what they were trying to charge me. After receiving my cabinets, my installers assembled everything that arrived and found our large full height cabinets that been damaged in shipping due to improper packaging. We also received 2 upper cabinets that were 42" tall in lieu of the 30" and 18" that the shop drawings showed. Lastly, we missing three of our lower cabinets for our bathroom vanities. This would have not been as big of an issue if cabinets to go would have taken 3+ working days to get back to me about the issues. The sales rep told me after multiple days of requesting updates that their software forgot to pull the missing cabinets from the shop drawings to the quote, so I had not paid for them. They also stated that although the shop drawings show the measurement that I need, the quote has a different dimensions which is what I paid for. I was then told I would need to pay for all of the new resized cabinets and the missing cabinet. They offered me a 35% discount, which is 5% more than the original discount that was placed on the full order. They also informed me it would be over 2 weeks to get the cabinets delivered to me. In the end they blamed the issue on a software glitch that caused the order to not fully transfer to my quote... How is this the customers issue? I am giving them 1 star because the quality of the cabinets that showed up, undamaged and do fit are of reasonable quality for the cost. You would expect that if an error like this would occur anywhere else, they would fabricate the new cabinets as soon as possible, ship them overnight to your address and cover the cost due to their failure to perform their job.

2-3 years ago we had Amanda from Eclipse come out and do a complete redo of our backyard including…read morea stone walkway, stone patio, dry creek to deal with drainage, raised garden beds, and adding plumbing and electrical to the backyard. Total cost was 80K. Well over what we agreed the job would cost at the time. Since the completion of this project every single thing that was done by Eclipse has had to be redone for or removed- minus the raised beds which Rolondo did a beautiful job on. I wanted a stone walkway and patio with crushed granite or similar material between the joints. Amanda said she didn't "do small joints" and steered me into using pebble between the joints. Up charging to more costly materials was a common theme working with her that I didn't realize until way into the job. Our walkway and patio are about as pleasurable to walk across as a Lego littered living room. You can't sweep them either without bringing more rock out of the joints to deal with. The walkway has been redone and the patio is on the list to redo but because of the size is going to be very costly. We wanted a dry creek to divert runoff from going into our pool. Again, Amanda talked us into a much bigger, more costly, and unnecessary job. The creek bed circled the patio and the pool instead of following the simple path of the run off. Our backyard at this point is starting to look like a moonscape and we say so. Amanda insists once the rain cleans the dust off the rocks it'll be beautiful. We insist on the creek being narrowed and removing the rocks that were put inside the rock lined flower beds and to stop putting anymore rock or stone down without our permission immediately- which I'll get back to in a minute. The entirety of the dry creek bed is now gone as it was a hazard and it was very costly. You couldn't get to the patio or pool- or anywhere in the backyard really- but through two entrances in our backyard because to do so meant crossing the dry creek (more than just a step deep) full of loose pebble. When the dry creek was removed we discovered the whole thing was lined with plastic weed cloth. We're in the Edwards Plateau and on near solid rock, but at a 30% up charge for material I guess Amanda thought, "why not, right?" We came home several times to her crew placing stone walkways, moving rocks around our driveway, creating stone flower beds and otherwise doing things we didn't ask for in the contract but were being charged for after we specifically asked that no more stone or rock be put down. The "irrigation" system that was put in consisted of PVC pipe sticking straight up out of the ground by 3 feet or so tied to two pieces of rebar on either side. Why she went cheap here I'm not sure other than her lack of knowledge but not a lack of turning down a job she didn't know how to do properly. Half of all the pipes placed have broken. I've called and emailed several times to ask for the plans for where the piping is and have not heard back. I'm sure there are none even though it's the law they have them. Electrical to a fountain was installed and shorts out constantly. We're in the process of having an electrician fix the problem which involves finding the line, which I also was given no plans for. When the job was finished we had two pallets of patio stone leftover and a construction sized bag of pebble rock (the big white bag that needs a forklift to move.) Once the job was done and we were left with an extreme excess of material it became so clear how our project turned out the way it did and why Amanda was so insistent and continuing to lay down stone and rock. She had to justify the overage of material she bought instead of eating the cost for her mistake. And at 30% material up charge, why would she? I'm off to fix another pipe. Oh goody! This was is placed in cement!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! I…read morehate to pile on, but the negative reviews are well deserved! We had a Palm Harbor in the 90's and loved it. Tight, economical and served us well. Only natural that we would go back for another. It's hard to believe how hard this company fell. Just like other excellent brand names that turned in to junk, Palm Harbor's current offering has no relationship whatsoever to the original. First of all, it is no longer a Palm Harbor. It's a Fleetwood. Not the "trailer park" Fleetwood of yesteryear; that was a Rolls Royce compared to today. Paper-thin sheetrock, fixtures that would not be good enough for a child's playhouse, quality 'control' that is laughable. Ours was delivered absolutely filthy inside and out. Corners and soffits crushed from someone who did not know how to tow a mobile home. Cracks in the ceiling, cabinet drawers whose facing comes off in your hand. Plumbing fixtures that acted like they were made of wax. A leak ruined the Master Bath. I thought "the make-ready crew is going to work overtime on this one!" I was wrong. There is no make-ready crew. There is actually....nothing. Weeks go by. Phones go unanswered. Don't give up - keep dialing. Some of the employees seemed to want to care, but it is obvious: They are totally overwhelmed with the shoddy quality of their product. All of the other poor customers are standing in line with similar problems as well. It will be MONTHS before you can talk someone into coming out and looking at your problem. When you sign the mountain of paperwork to close the deal, one of the sheets forces you to agree to arbitration with your inevitable complaints. You can't sue us - you can only take your complaint to our friendly arbiter. Gotcha! I have always prided myself on making good purchase decisions. I have bought many fine cars, good houses and even a quality Palm Harbor manufactured home, built in the early 90's. I rate this monstrosity as the worst purchase of my entire life. Way to kill a great name, guys.
