Owner Chris Marchetti was great, coming out the next day, giving us a really good professional evalution and a reasonale quote for the big job. When the guys, Randy and Jimmy, came out to do the work, they were awesome. Polite, efficient, and kept us informed every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves, wore masks and practiced safe distancing. We made a few changes to what we wanted installed and they handled them within the scope of the work. We also called the electrician that installed our whole house generator a couple of years ago. We left msg with that dude several times, & he didn't even have the courtesy to return the call & say sorry, too busy! Anyway, Romano was one of 3 who returned our call. Chris wasnt able to come by the same day but said he would call us the next day. The other 2 electricans left us with a "I'll call you next week if I have the time to come by" vibe. Translates to; let me see how my cash flow is going, & If I need money, I'll go by. Not Chris! He called us back within 30 min of our original call. Apologized he couldn't make it that day, but would be here the next day by a certain time. AND HE WAS! Dressed neatly, worked neatly & kept the mess (dust etc) to the minimum. Cleaned his work area as he went along, realizing he was in a kitchen & sawdust didn't mix well with food. Worked quickly. The following day we realized another switch wasnt working. We called him back. He was a bit confused a moment bc he hadn't touched that circuit, but was determined to solve the mystery. Our house was built in 1850. Layer of ceilings covered old wires from several decades ago. He was able to trace the wiring & power without cutting a large hole in my ceiling. Just 2 small squares. He was able to find the short in the wiring & patched the ceiling quite well too. Chris will be my first call in the future.

We liked them and were ready to go.... but it toook days for James in financing to call once we gave Ryan the green light. Message after message was left and no call was returned. Several days later we received a call, no explanation as to why it took so long. We decided if this was how they respond before the install, what happens if there is an issue? We went with another company, hoever I called and asked to speak with Ryan. Was told he moved to Florida but was still working for the company and a message would be dent to him. I triednhim directly, oln his cell, twice and never got a call back. I alos asked ot speak with the owner, who had made the initial sales call to us. Wr thought he would want to know why he lost a ptentional custoner but also never heard back. Be sure to do your homework. We are sure glad we changed our mind and went with anothe rvendor.

I would absolutely hire Ryan again! The value for the money I paid for his services was outstanding!
