From start finish working with the service team was a no hassle experience. I have a Toro push mower that stopped wanting to start. I stopped in and they unloaded it for me. I told them the issue. they asked what I paid for it because they didn't want to make repairs if it was going to cost more that that. I paid the deposit of $45. they were able to get it running but told me that they didn't know for how long. was told it needed a new transmission, brackets and replacing of other items but that would run me at least $500. I didn't go that route and just paid an additional $55 for what they did ($100 total). they had it for 3 days. anyway after I paid they loaded it and I was on my way. If I could leave them 0 stars I would. The managers and mechanics are incompetent in doing their job. We have had several and by several I mean over 6 starters installed on our machine in less then a year and they refuse to figure out the bigger problem We maybe put 10 hours on the machine in a year. Everytime they claim its submerged in water but the kubota literally drives around our flat yard that has zero standing water. Its now to the point I will be getting a lawyer involved. Terrible shop service and dishonest management. Took my BX in for a hydraulic leak as it had been dripping for a couple of seasons. I knew it would be expensive as most of the rear end had to be taken off to access the hydraulic tank/ pump. After a week I was told it was ready. Brought it back, cut the grass and in a few days it was leaking puddles not drops. Called service manager Shawn, they picked it up, kept it a week and found nothing wrong. All they did was observe. Bottom line is after the 2nd return visit, Burke has done nothing to find out why my BX leaks worse now than before I brought it in for repair and spent $1,800 Jeff, general manager. Burke Kubota. My experience with Burke equipment company was great! I had been looking for a new skid steer for Several months. I got a couple Quotes locally and started venturing out looking for the best deals. The long story short is they saved me about 2K total off a new SVL75-2. When I showed up late... (5 Minutes before they closed) they stayed late, showed me how to use the equipment. Helped me load it, made sure I was safe to travel home with it, etc. I went back a couple months later and bought a new KX057-2. Had it delivered 700 miles away in Kentucky and they still saved me a $1000. Off the best price I found locally, Even after shipping... If I have any questions all I have to do is call and their more than helpful. I would highly recommend these guys, They have a huge inventory. It's hard to find good people anymore these days... My sales man was Josh Lord, and he was fabulous before the sale and after. He really made sure I wasn't over buying for the property size I have. He didn't have me spending unnecessary money on a bigger tractor simply for commission. After the sale, he even checked in to make sure things were going OK which I didn't expect. I expected him to get his commission and then never hear from him again. I told him I was having trouble getting an attachment on my tractor and he offered to come out and help me put it on. I wasn't home, but he still came out and put the attachment on for me. To me, that was going over and beyond. This company is unable to provide me with details about a product I purchached from them. My issues are not with a $2K lawn tractor, but them being unable to provide me stats on a $20K farm tractor which I cannot use. And thanks for delivering me a brand new tractor without checking the coolant level. I overheated my brand new engine after being told it was all ready to use.
