Until this year i called them at the end of January to schedule service and was told it would be a few months before they could get to service my tractor. Since i had not heard from them i called in late April to see when they could get my tractor in, anyway i had to leave a message and here we are in mid-July and still have not heard from them. So, i would say their recent customer service towards a 20 yearlong customer is unacceptable to say the least.

Claimed that she didn't respond because my messages seemed like a scam. I identified myself, I have a Facebook profile that she could easily check. The item she was offering for sale included the ability to make an offer (see their other listings) lower than the asking price, which I did & explained why I did so. She could have just declined the offer politely. But nope, better to ignore. All I can say was that Lauren was rude, unprofessional & unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but I don't deserve to be the object of her wrath. Shame on you Lauren. I was just trying to work a deal with you. I wasn't rude or disrespectful. No need to get offended or short with a potential customer. She has since removed the ability to make an offer because I pointed out to her that her listing allowed me to do so. Again all Lauren had to do was politely decline the offer. So sad. Lauren, you need better customer service & communication skills. Please take my advice & get some.

I couldn't find anyone even close on price at the time for my Hustler mower. Yes the shop is exactly what you would expect of a small motor shop where they work on motors. It's not going to be a sterile operating room. It is what it is.... But I need a mower fixed, or served, not open heart surgery. This past week my mower broke mid cut. Half of my front lawn was low half high... total disaster and it just looked comical and embarrassing.
