I was pleased to have the technician call me, on site, and explain in some detail the cause of the failure and the effect of the failure. In the process, I learned features of the dishwasher I was not aware of. There is a safety feature monitoring the overflow pan and my dishwasher fill valve leaked causing the the washer to eventually overflow to the pan. A part was ordered and a week later all was well.

I waited around all day for a call or for someone to show up which was a huge inconvenience. The company was closed due to the holiday so I couldn't even get in touch with anyone to find out what was going on. I did call and leave a message and I did send an email. On 12-28 we got a call from the company, no apology for the no show/no call-just a statement that they weren't sure why the technician did not show up and the only appointment that was available for us was Saturday. I called back 10 minutes after that call, got voicemail and asked that someone return my call. Nothing-no return call. I wanted a contact number to call should something happen on Saturday with the same issue. Saturday came and went and again no call/no show. I understand that the weather was inclement but a call would have been a welcomed curtesy. We had planned a New Year's Eve dinner for our family of 30 and had to get through it with the inconvenience of the issues from our oven.
