It is now 19 August and I still don't have it back. About a week after I dropped it off, they told me they found more damage when they dissassembled the damaged parts and had to order more parts. Everytime I call to check on my vehicle, they say they're waiting on a part and it's out of their control. Taking this long to repair a vehicle is unacceptable. They have done nothing to compensate me for not having my vehicle ready in a timely manner. I've had to pay for a rental car for a month after the insurance company stopped paying for a month so that's about $2000.00.

They put me on the phone with Dillon and got my Bronco in for repairs within a couple weeks. Dillon relentlessly advocated for us with USAA. They are friendly, professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable. My Bronco was repaired in a little over a week and she looks FLAWLESS.
