My car was still drivable so I did some online research and found North Columbus. I stopped in and talked with Billy and he went over their process with me. We talked about how my insurance would process the claim and after seeing their work I was sold. I got my car in a few days later and arranged for my rental car with the insurance company. They went over my car and sent corrections back to my adjuster and ordered my parts. I was able to see the progress of my repair online everyday up to completion.
