I came back here to get a second cleaning and my dental hygienist Sue is super nice. She's very good at explaining things and knows my sensitive spots on my teeth. She's so helpful with addressing my questions and concerns. When I asked her what she likes about her job most, she said it's the people that comes here. She one of the patients/clients came here saying it's like seeing family members. It's true. They're so kind and respectful that you feel welcomed there like family. I recommend this place. I don't know if it's because he has larger hands or what, but every time I get my teeth cleaned, they hurt afterwards!! He doesn't have a dental hygienist who cleans your teeth, he's a do-it-himself kind of guy...with that said, this place is soooo outdated. Making an appointment with him is as difficult as trying to get his staff to submit your dental services to insurance company correctly. (Sometimes the "forget") The past couple of years, we've had many issues with incorrect billing and it's probably because he has a high turn around rate with his staff. The blonde receptionist that quit was as rude as can be every time you engaged with her. The last time I was getting my teeth cleaned, I was getting my teeth polished and the Asian dental hygienist pictured in the yelp profile was talking shit about my mom, TO ME. Needless to say, I never returned after that. I found my entire family a new dentist and we are very happy. She's great with kids and adults both. Never had I had a bad experience and I've been seeing her for 9 years+. I am currently getting a Smile Correct treatment with her and so far I am pleased with the results.
