I came back here to get a second cleaning and my dental hygienist Sue is super nice. She's very good at explaining things and knows my sensitive spots on my teeth. She's so helpful with addressing my questions and concerns. When I asked her what she likes about her job most, she said it's the people that comes here. She one of the patients/clients came here saying it's like seeing family members. It's true. They're so kind and respectful that you feel welcomed there like family. I recommend this place. The kids can watch a movie on an iPad while they're tipped back having their teeth cleaned. There are toys to play with while waiting for x-ray results and the kids get a token for the toy machine after their appointment. Significant to me is that you can go back in the exam room with your child. There are some pediatric dentists who make it a rule that parents must stay in the waiting room. Most importantly, Dr. Frady and her team truly seem to love children! I make no secret of the fact that I think my son has the best dentist ever!

Disgraceful experience - do not go here…read more My wife had a wisdom tooth pulled at Dental Associates of Wauwatosa on Monday, July 21, and the dentist who did it was a butcher -- rough, careless, and left her in serious pain. Four days later, her neck is swollen, and we're worried she has an infection. She called them on Wednesday to report the pain and swelling, and their response? They told her that a 51-year-old woman "takes longer to heal." Are you kidding me? That's not just dismissive -- it's irresponsible. Since then, we've called three more times, and no one has followed up or shown any concern. My wife and I have been patients here for over three years, but this is the final straw. This place clearly does not care about their patients once the procedure is done. We're now heading to an emergency dental clinic because they won't help. We're never coming back -- and you shouldn't either.
