Service is terrible. When you walk in you're met with sharp looks and no one speaks. I thought maybe they were having a bad day then they start talking and laughing with each other so I'd assume it was me. I had a wonderful experience here and didn't even have a transaction. I took in a diamond ring that was a 10k purchase with receipt and a GIA certificate. They offered me way below what I was asking but they took their time and explained to me why the offer was so low. Even if it was made up, I bought the story. The people saying they felt welcomed, I wonder what universe you're in. Walked in and the lady who greeted me seemed like she should be 51-50'd...... I thought, "wow, she's absolutely miserable." Offered to sell a silver coin, which she called over this other lady who was extremely rude, didn't even test it, and she dropped it. Once we said something about her dropping it she made the ugliest, most disgusting face I've seen. Ok I'm exaggerating but her attitude was foul. Next place I took it to I asked them to test it. Felicia and her assistant manager are terrible. They admit to making mistakes but will not refund the warranty even if they are in error. The only answer must be, Call the police, because that is what they did after threatening me about being on camera. After I asked several times if the police were coming and not receiving a response, I called them myself. They even told the police that they made an error but would not refund a $4.00 warranty. This is not about the rest of the staff. This is about doing what is right by your customer. Greed in this country has overruled love your neighbor, do what is right, be kind, and taking responsibility. You may think that $4.00 is not a big deal, then why are they so adamant about keeping it? Selling product is fine, but when there is a financial issue, Greed always win. Run from this place. There were 2 younger people there that were very kind. The young redhead girl, was awesome. She is kind and does her best to offer great customer service. However, under a bad assistant manager, I am not sure that will work for long. The actual manager of the of this location was not working. I wonder how she would have handled things. i bought a gun for $350 from this pawn show a couple of days back , the gun malfunction the first time I went shooting with it so I call the pawn show for an exchange or cres for something else (never cash back ) I let them know what happens and the the gun they sold me was trash . Mr Adam Fritz with Cash America Pawn called me and said he will not give me my money back or an exchange but he could buy this gun back from me . I was pissed , the gun was trash and they still sold it to me . so I agree after 20 min of arguing to sell the gun back for $250 , $100 leas than what I paid for . mr Fritz said to me " I will not pic it out for sell Ill have a gun smith check it out... that was bull sh... the moment I sold it back the guy that bought it back put it out in the rack for sale agin . so don't buy guns from this pawn show they don't test the guns and they will sell trash to there costumers without thinking about it . never agin stepping in this pawn shop. read more

I will never go here again. I wanted to sell my diamond earrings valued at $1000 (Gently used with price tag in the box) & my gently used Gucci watch $495 New. The owner offered me $175. Yeah, right. His offer was an insult!! Sorry I am not a drug user needing a quick buck. I said thank you and drove off in my BMW SUV. This pawn shop is one of the cleanest pawn shops I have ever been in. I have worked in the pawn shop industry my entire adult life. I love to go in and find new Treasures. Todd Benson runs a clean honest pawn shop. Hands down has the best jewelry selection of any pawn shop I've ever been in. He is fair and honest and he has been in business for a very long time. Lonnie his manager is a great guy with a wonderful sense of humor and Freedom is always happy and smiling willing to. Freedom has a love for good tars so of course him and my husband hit it off great. I would say my husband owns and I'm guitars and eight of them come from Burleson Pawn. They always have some neat sports memorabilia. It's hard to walk out a Burleson Pawn without buying something. And Todd stands behind all of his merchandise. This place has the best prices. DVDs are $1 each and box sets are $2 each. I haven't found that anywhere else. They have a huge selection, definitely the best pawn shop in burleson and surrounding areas. I'm from Irving and I go here, to pawn or sell they offer about the same as everywhere else, but if your looking to buy items you'll get a better price here for sure.
