My husband does a lot of business in here. Unlike a lot of the Cash Americas who have lost their sense of customer service this shop is all about customer service. Wanting a second opinion, I took the rings to the jeweler inside the Benbrook Antique Mall. They quoted $65 per ring. They even explained that their standard charge would have been $45 per ring (charges can very depending on material and sizing), but because the rings have small side stones that require additional labor, the final price was $65 each. That's a difference of $124 per ring for the same service. I would encourage anyone considering jewelry repairs or resizing here to get a second opinion and compare prices before committing. Shopping around could save you a significant amount of money.
