I'd give 0 stars if I could, customer service is dry no smiles no greeting and I don't feel safe coming in with a security guard telling me that I feel every customer is profiled lol the line still stay long as ever with 16 registers is crazy work and only 4 to 5 open is even wilder it's been a long while since I've been back here and I thought it would be a better experience with a updated building, bigger store. Nope it's actually gotten worse and has the same person managing in the daytime and I think her attitude is the worst by the way she speaks to ppl she more focused on telling ppl rudely to stay behind the line when approaching the registers lol. Selection is larger but the store still a mess nothing is where it should be it's always too much time spent just searching through the clutter so it's no longer been a hassle traveling to the Burlington stores that are further out from this location which is the closest one to where I live but will much more prefer taking that drive. Prices are still ok but a lot of the name brand things do be slightly altered being a lot of the items didn't make it past QC (quality control) and makes it to these type of stores so pay attention to detail if you come for the bigger brands and a lot of times these items be on sale at they retail stores for cheaper specially Nike. read more

I haven't been to Burlington in years and this is not the place that I remember. Even though they do have a good selection of certain items, I didn't see a single coat. I specifically came in to find a new coat and was disappointed that they didn't have any. Browsing through everything else in the store, my sister and I found some cute cat bowls that were only $4 each, which was a steal. We then headed to checkout and the line was crazy long with about 50 people in front of us. I don't remember the lines being this long and it took about 35 minutes to get to a check stand. They had like 10 check stands and only 2 of them were open. Why have so many if you aren't going to utilize them? Also, the employees seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. Not all that friendly and they don't seem to care at all. Overall, I probably will not be back considering the long lines and the careless state of this Burlington location. read more

Prior to going to this location, Burlington Coat Factories have always seemed to be a good place to find a great deal on a big selection of brand name coats and clothes. I came looking for a coat but was dissappointed with how small the selection was. I went through the racks multiple times looking at every single one they had within my size and ended up settling on one because I didn't have time to go look elsewhere. My wife was also with me and spent 45 minutes looking for a new coat and ended up walking out empty handed because she couldn't find anything that she was completely happy with. The service was a little below average. I found it challenging to get help and ultimately gave up and found what I was looking for myself. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be driving all the way to Parker to visit here again. This place is hit or miss. You are going to have to dig through racks and racks of stuff and if you're lucky you'll find something you like with little to no help. I can't believe this place is still open. First of all, this is the only department store where I have seen homeless people sleeping and hanging out in front of the store, begging for change and cigarettes. The merchandise in this store was scattered around, broken and even dirty! It looked like the dumping ground from all other Burlington stores around the state. Somewhere between Kohl's, TJ Maxx and Savers lies Burlington Coat Factory; an amalgamation of all three. The coats--the main attraction of this place-- are organized in....some manner. Roughly 100 foot long, skinny, aisles populated with coats of all sorts haphazardly hung on their racks. You can find a coat, but it may take you awhile. Bonus points if you find a coat WITHOUT human hair inside the lining (a lot of these coats are tried on by other customers, frequently)! The rest of the store features various housewares at decent prices. Bedding, small electric appliances, baby furniture and even a small section of kids' toys. They have apparel for both men and women. While I'm not a fashion guru by any means, I thought their selection seemed like leftovers from Kohl's and TJ Maxx. Whlie you may need to hit this place to find a coat, I don't think you'd want to hit it. read more

All Burlington locations I have visited in Denver are just okay. This particular location can be frustrating due to the line and speed of service so bring your patience for the line and tolerance for the people. I do believe Burlington is overpriced for most things but, occasionally, you can find good buys. I usually snag everyday dress shirts and pants for men & women here. However, it's not really well organized so expect to spend quite a bit of time combing through racks and looking for your size in other size areas. I don't even visit the shoe area. It's always a disarray so I start getting a headache just glancing in the general direction. read more

It looks like every day is Black Friday as far as the mess. Which I really don't get hung up about, this issue is with the staff, or one member that second to verbally & racially attack a 1 & 5 year old calling them "black monkeys" because they were playing and opened up some toys. They mother had asked what the year had damaged because she had intended to purchase it, as she was a loyal customer there. I have never seen anyone so enraged as a mother protecting her babies, and rightfully so, when a child looks up at you and says " he called me a black monkey" something needs to be done. 1st- its a great place to find not only name brand things at "discount" prices, but also clearence deals. 2nd- have some time set aside. the store is sometimes clean in areas and other areas are tossed together on a rack with no clear thought to sizing or colorizing. you can find some great deals, but you have to go rack by rack by rack, and make sure they have the tags. 3rd- bring a machete if you want to look at shoes. In the 5 yrs I have lived 6 blocks from store- their shoe dept has never been more than 50% on shelves, and 50% on the floor. I dont know why they cant get it together, but they can't. Underrated store that provides great service and can do some special requests when asking a manager. Many people knock this store for the quality, but understand you find seconds of items or discontinued product in the store at great prices. As a discount store, I am very impressed with the people who work here and the selection of merchandise. The store could be kept a little neater, but overall it is very solid. read more

I was needing new jeans, searched through all of the 36" waist size for a 34" length. Looked through at least a hundred jeans and couldn't find ONE pair in my size. This is an awful place to shop. Employees are extremely rude. They are unwilling to work with their customers and they will have conversations RIGHT over you when you are checking out, and show no sense of urgency. My cashier threw my receipt at me and I was nothing but kind to her. Not to mention the store is a MESS. Sizes are all over the place; there is NO organization to any department and tons of clothes and shoes and baby items are scattered all over the floors. This creates a fire hazard and it's dangerous to navigate. The employees are extremely lazy and ruined once a very nice store that we've shopped at for 15 years. I have found great wall art, curtains, and dog items - a heavy duty dog pillow for $10. Mostly bought random home and kitchen items so far. They were remodeling and are almost done. The people complaining should look around at the shopping in this area in general. The Walmart the Home Depot the king soopers, are all AWFUL. I think it's the area not the store. I purchased a winter coat six weeks ago. Last week the zipper pull broke. I took it back to the store today.. They would not issue a store credit or refund because I did not have a receipt. No zipper pull is designed to fail in one week, but the clerk could have cared less. He did not offer any way I could recoup my loss. This is not good customer service.
