Like others are reporting I do feel uncomfortable going into a store that has actual guards and a staging area that you have to wait in to be let in. Also they have this militant employee at the door of the dressing rooms. Ensuring how many items you have going in and going out as they hand you a placard with a number. It's a dress for less for crying out loud. I don't get this treatment at neiman Marcus or in the cherry creek district. Do gangs come in and rob them? If that's the case then I'm definitely not frequenting there. As I digress I normally don't shop here but I heard there was a type of clothing that could be found here. This location is the complete ghetto! Line always long and slow. Prices missing on tags & if I want to know how much something cost you mean to tell me I have to stand in a ridiculous long checkout line just to have figured out how much something cost to determine if I want it or not. No one available in the store to scan an item?? Then to top it off guards at the door pressuring you for a receipt. The manager I can see struggles with employees, turnover and slightly unhappy veteran employees and it shows in their work they needed assistance for everything I come here quite often so they haven't been there long but long enough she needs some help asap before they lose her eventually she'll get exhausted if corporate doesn't because it's always a long line as seen in the pic it's almost all the way back to the back of the store the selection is good if you get there in time and items placed properly the prices seem to have risen as well it used to be a valuable price but items I've bought from the brand themselves at sale price is the same when it use to be lower then the sales prices because a lot of it is overstock, discontinued, quality control throwaways and after season clothing read more

I had run into Ross early in the morning on the 17th of November. I had wanted to pick up something quick. Even though there were 5-6 people in the store (customers), we had to wait for a 10 second roped offline security check. Then after that was completed, they let us go in. First off, I don't feel comfortable going to a store where it's a security check and their excuse is to limit people and security check. Essentially what they are doing is saying, we want to get a clear picture of your face on video in case you steal. The whole interaction makes me feel like a criminal and that they are profiling people. I will not shop at this store or any store that treats its customers like this. Despite this security check, I had to wait several minutes for the store to find a cashier. I would encourage others to not visit this store. Nobody should be treated like a criminal. read more

I'm a 53 year old black man who was with his teen son. We stepped into the store and was immediately asked to "stand there for 10 seconds". A store security guard stood by as this happened. I asked the manager(?) what was going on and he stated that the store has had a massive theft problem. Not sure how that's my problem, seeing that I hardly ever shop at Ross anyway. But it gave off MAJOR racial profiling vibes. After the 10 seconds the manager(?) then stated okay, you can come in now. I'll be honest, I seriously felt some kind of way. came here to find some cheap stuff for my new house, the workers all looked unhappy, the cashier was rude, I tried to joke around with her and she just rolled her eyes, I've worked in customer service before (including Ross) and I always felt good when customers joked around and tried to make me smile. not only did she roll her eyes but she wrapped my ceramic bowl very poorly and when I was leaving with a $200 purchase and hands full no one offered to open the door and well my bag ripped and the beautiful ceramic bowl shattered. it was the only one left so I couldn't replace it, everyone was just down right rude, if you don't like your job then find some thing else so you're not face to face with customers. read more

Just don't do it. Two registers open while the manager stands around watching. Literally watched people leave carts full of stuff in the check out line at least 30 customers deep. My wait was close to 30 minutes and I was in the front 3rd of the line. If you're looking to waste some time this is a great stop. If not plan accordingly. This store is one of the most worst Ross . It's always crowded yet management can't do scheduling and put a bunch of people in the front doing nothing and 2 cashier while the line is always 20 + . Melissa in returns really needs to see a therapist & an eye doctor. I had all the Receipts and tags on my clothes that didn't fit me and she kept telling me they weren't on there and told me to manually check the product Id number and they were all there & then she decides to finally put her glasses on. And she's like oh well I guess they are on there huh. No need for her to slide all the clothes back towards me when I'm trying to return it properly and respectfully. Great selection, but needs a cleaning. Clothes were everywhere even on the floor. Line was very long but went fast.

I recently learned this is one of the busiest Ross locations in Colorado. And for good reason, it has a decent selection of just about everything. I see some people complaining about lines and it being messy. In my view, if you want a full retail experience, go pay full retail prices. This store gets slammed on the weekends because they literally have something for everyone. I only go to the Co Blvd location for women's dresses - definitely the best selection there. Other than that this location is great, just avoid peak times. read more

I love Ross stores, I've shopped at them for about 20 years. However this particular one is in severe need of a makeover. The lines are ridiculously slow, they can easily speed this up by using all 13 registers they have, instead of only having 4 cashiers at them during the afternoon shifts. The merchandise is the most cluttered and disorganized of any store I've ever shopped at, I hope management will figure this out. Why is it that there are long lines right near the men's aisles?! It makes it difficult to access the men's departments. One big plus of this store is the fact that their selection is large. I at least found a pair of jeans I really like in the exact right size. read more

Well here's a place that hardly deserves 1 star. In fact this may very well be the worst clothing store I've ever step foot in, in 25+ years of shopping. If not for the pleasant interactions I've had with employees, I'd probably be filing a complaint with corporate. I've lived in the area for a couple years now and have shopped at this location too many times than I care to admit. About a month ago I made the dreadful decision to step foot in this store yet again. Hoping to find a pair of sneakers and get the heck out. Haha well the reviews in motion, so I'm officially done with this place! I've always enjoyed shopping at Ross, Marshall's and stores alike. I appreciate being able to find a cute dress one minute then stumbling across some some sick wall art the next. Especially when it's decent quality and reasonably priced. But not once have I visited this store and walked out satisfied with the experience. And I'm not talking life changing. I just mean overall satisfied with the time spent in the store, whether I decide to make a purchase or not. But every single time I've come to this location, there's almost always been a line backed up to the shoe section. And if there's not, oh there will be by the time you've spent 15-20 mins trying on shoes and envisioning that lamp in your bedroom. And if you're thinking to yourself "well it'll probably move pretty quick, I'm sure folks are just social distancing" HA! Go ahead and wait. Because you'll be the next one writing a 1 star review on Yelp. And it won't just be the wait times. Or the overworked employees. In fact what'll really get to ya will be the madness, the symphony of kids screaming and parents snapping back as if they're in the comfort of their own home. No! This is the best location is you want to: - Find the perfect item in the wrong size/color (if it isn't outright ripped/chipped/broken) - Have several unattended children run into you (more than once) - Trip on clothes/hangers/merchandise littering the aisles - Get hit on by creepy strangers - Catch a disease in the restroom - Wait in line for half an hour for a cashier that doesn't even greet you I've seen my fair share of Ross stores, and this one continually disappoints. read more

I know, I know. Ross is usually trashed. But this store? It was really not one of the better ones I've seen. But I've come to expect that from a Ross. Anyway, I did find some GREAT finds, which is why I gave this store three stores. I found two amazing dresses (one to wear on a date night on my honeymoon, and another for my reception) and even a piece of lingerie in my size. The plus size selection was better than the store closest to me (on Colorado Blvd.), so I would definitely consider going back. I know the store can't do anything about it, but there were a ton of terrible children running around with (seemingly) no parents. That was kind of a bummer. Selection was pretty good for dresses, not so good as in none for shorts, shirts were ok, petites section was meh, but I think people in Colorado are just taller! Ross tends to be a very hit or miss place for me. Some times I find really great deals and other times I leave completely empty-handed, depending on how picked over the store is by the time I am shopping there. Recently, I have been really liking this location. The selections are pretty unique in terms of clothing and accessories, which is a definite plus. Even today, I found some stylish summer clothes all for under $20! I find that the employees here are friendly and open to you, even though they seem busy throughout the store. They are all willing to help you and do their best to provide great customer service. The only problem I have is with the amount of clutter that accumulates around the store, especially in the shoe aisle. It's difficult to navigate and I often tend to avoid the area altogether as a result. The other areas of the store are fairly well maintained typically. But if you are willing to search around, there are some awesome deals here. read more

There is scuffed, warped, snagged and outright damaged so you can find items but you have to be sure to look at it carefully. Employees are cool, but management is horrible..as a customer your wrong till you can convince an undereducated manager that it's simple math. Keep your receipts.. make a copy of them one error on there part can cost you. Never ever use cash at one of these places! Use a debit card only. All purchases can be tracked. I know its only $40 dollars, but its my $40 dollars and I work just like everyone else to earn it. I am now out the merchandise and $40 dollars because of an accounting error on Ross's part. I usually shop at this ross more than the other because it i the closest to my house I've always loved ross however this will be my last time going here after today. Bought some sheets here couldn't feel them because the security tag was over the zipper got home and they were BAD attempted washing them hoping it would soften them was not happy took them back for a simple refund and the employee argued with me that because I washed them they wouldn't not refund me or even let me do an even exchange. I understand the company's goals of achieving ethical buying to the public, but I don't appreciate how poor their service is, or how unorganized their aisles are. This is the ross that is closest to me, i find some good deals here every once in a while. I am scoring 3 stars because this place is a mess! the isles are cluttered, everything is disorganized and you have no room to walk between the isles they are so close together. the worst thing about it is the checkout line is stretched all around the store, not enough employees at the register. i only buy things if it seems worth being in the line for 40 minutes! read more

This Ross is a mess. I had a hard time pushing my cart through all of the merchandise scattered all over the floor. I think I plowed through it really. I have visited thrift stores that were more organized. Really. I asked the check out person why THIS Ross was a pigsty? He said he did not really know. The clothing IS really picked over and seemingly not re-stocked. There ARE children running around without their parents nearby...which is a risk for the kids AND the store. Too bad. read more
