I walked close to the register, looking to ask the associate that was there earlier for help, but she wasn't. As I'm walking back to the boots, one the associates pasted me, did not greet me and kept walking to the register to help another customer. Needless to say, I walked out of the store without trying anything on or getting help. I should have gone to Boot Barn instead.

He helped me fit everything and gave me tips for tightening anything that needed tightening. The man (Kay) really did well at fitting my needs well and was very kind and we had a very nice conversation.
