This is definitely a newer store, it feels much more modern and cleaner than most! They have a big parking lot, and it's always busy inside. Other than that it's a typical target with the same prices that you'd expect from your local one. I can actually believe it based on my experience attempting to shop in here. I was literally told by a salesperson that this store doesn't have a plus size section. I would have to go upstairs to Backstage. So typical of certain demographic areas. Surprisingly, Macy's on 34th Street have a super large plus size section.
