Very poor service. We came for a wedding from out of town. We called and said we needed two cabs at 3:00. The wedding started at 4:00. Between 3:00 and 3:45 we called 3 times and were told they were 5 minutes away. Finally at 3:45 we said ---- it! we all drove our own cars and barely made it in time. I called for a ride to work. Someonetold me over the phone that a cab would be there to pick me up at 2:30pm "be there in a minute". I called again at 3:30 and was told "she'll be on her way shortly" before the call aburptly ended. For reference I told them I needed to be at work a 3pm. By 3:40 still no cab had shown up after double confirmation that they were on the way. It was at 3:47pm that a cab had finally showed. Once in the car the driver had a very foul mouth. The driver continued to make stops knowing I was VERY LATE TO WORK. -10/10 experience very disorganized. Would not recommend if you have important places to be!! read more

Well. I am all for supporting local small businesses. I think that they are the backbone of any community.. this company is new and I really want it to be successful. I've been using it for about two years now and there are some really good things and some not so good things. First and foremost it is convenient that you can call ahead if you have a doctors appointment or if you have to get to work or even if you have to catch a plane. They are great at scheduling pick up times ahead. The biggest problem comes when they get busy. I have waited over two hours for a cab at times and others. I have only waited about 5 or 10 minutes. If I have to wait super long for a cab, I just wish that I could know before I decide to book them. I would strongly recommend that they give their riders real time expectations. This last call I was told that a cab was coming for me shortly and I waited 50 minutes for that driver Also, I would never recommend calling them during the first few days of the month, they are very busy and you're lucky if you can get a ride. Most of the drivers have been very friendly, but I feel bad for them because they are overworked. So it is evident that they are very stressed out, and there is a lot of turnover. The town of Burlington does have a bus system, but it is terrible at best and a lot of people do need the cap system. I just wish that it could be better. It's wonderful that the cab does take credit cards. Very big convenience for me. Ideally, it would be great if I could just see real time when a ride is available. read more

very poor service. will ask you to reas your card numbers out infront of other passenger! will fill the car up showing everyone where u live and making it so crowded and uncomfortable. will pick u up and make u joy ride with them. such as pick u up pick two more people up and you still dont get dropped off first! will make you late to work doing those things when youve called 45mins in advance . they speed like crazy!! almost got in a accident and coming from someone who has been in one brings back trauma reflections! i should not have to put up with all this because i simply need a way to work! its pathetic! read more

The company banned me and my boyfriend because we had waited 15 min after the time they said they would be to pick us up. We then called AtoZ taxi and not only did they get there before Burlington Cab did but because Burlington Cab driver seen us getting into the other companies vehicle they first try to charge us an extra $20 for the next ride we called for as a "water haul" fee. When my boyfriend called the company back to find out why they were going to charge us an extra $20 on our Fair they explained it was because they seen us getting into the other company's car. My boyfriend being the genius that he is decides to tell the dispatcher to tell the owner to shove it to which they decided to ban us permanently and even try to call the other company and have a span from there as well. Thing is is if they would have been there when they said they would be there we wouldn't have called the other company mind you we waited 15 minutes after the time that they gave us before we called the other company and they still couldn't get there before them it's sad it really is.
