Had about 10 minutes to wait for my car oil change to get completed so I decided to check out this store thinking it was Burlington Coat Factory. I immediately realized it was not. Very dirty store, and everything was so gawdy and low quality. The best way to describe this store is a ghetto version of a Ross or Marshall's. Many signs all over the store that they'll prosecute shoplifters. Another turnoff. I'm pretty sure I will not be returning. read more

Wow, this place is not good at all. I will admit that the last time I've been to "Burlington," they were known as Burlington Coat Factory. Then, I liked the fact that I could go there, any time of year, and find myself a great coat or jacket. Now, forget it. This place was a dump! Trash in the aisles, shirts and jackets tossed over the racks. I was looking for a nice fall jacket and it was frustrating to find the racks in such disarray. Sizes not in their proper section... shirts, hoodies and jackets all mixed together. Would I recommend this place to someone? Absolutely not. I'd rather deal with the inconvenience of shopping for clothes online than walk into a place like this again. read more

What a disgusting attitude and horrible experience my Wife and I had with your employee Izabelle at the Chandler location. We wanted to return a $21.99 shirt that we had the receipt for. They said we needed the original receipt. This was yesterday, So, we went home and returned with receipt and tags today. When my Wife and I got up to the counter we also had a couple of hundred dollars in purchases. First, We had a pair of shoes for my Wife that we returned with NO TAG but we had the receipt. They accepted the return. Then we wanted to return a long sleeve shirt I purchased. We gave them not only the original receipt but the tags that they requested the following day. This time they would not allow the return because they said the tags were not attached! We then asked for a manager. This lady by the name of Isabelle came to the front register and we asked why you won't accept our return? IZABELLE disgustingly stated, "I don't have to give you a refund I can turn down anyone I want!' ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! WE NOT ONLY HAD THE RECEIPT BUT I HAD THE TAGS FOR THE SHIRT!!!! SHE GOT EXTREMELY RUDE WITH MY WIFE AND I WHICH WAS UNCALLED FOR!!! There was nothing wrong with the shirt and had not been worn! It was also within the 30 day policy!!! If I can't resolve I will make sure to take this viral to warn people of what happened to my wife and I! Your employee Izabelle should be fired for her disgusting attitude!!! There was no customer service! Izabelle, the rude lady shoved the merchandise back at my wife and said " I DON"T NEED TO ABIDE BY THE STORES POLICIES! I DO WHAT I WANT AND WHAT MY MANAGER TELLS ME TO DO AND I"M NOT GOING BY OUR POSTED POLICIES"! SAID IZABELLE! The conversation heated and escalated! My wife owned a retail store in San Diego California and she knows by law your employees are to follow your stores policies!! Izabelle and the manager (I didn't catch her name) of the store failed miserably! Please get back to us regarding this situation as I intend to escalate this to the regional or the district and corporate managers as well as take this to the media! read more

Take your business elsewhere. Manager Sonia, short pudgy employee with red hair and glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asked who her supervisor was she wouldn't give me a name of who to escalate this to. I was looking to return a pair of shoes to a Burlington near me. When I purchased the item there was no tag, they chose to scan a similar item. The receipt states you can return your items for any reason. When I showed her the policy on the back of the receipt she raised her voice at me in front of other customers to which I politely asked her not to speak to me that way. She then walks away and proceeds to mumble things under her breath. I let her know I'll be informing Corporate. This is no way to treat your customers. Seeing as how this isn't the only negative review about customer service at the Chandler location, shows they need to clean house & fire a few people. Won't be shopping here ever again & will do ever thing in my power to make sure this is resolved. read more

Big store, lots of options. I bought sparkly rainbow sandals and a couple other things. Our register person seemed more concerned with proving points then being friendly and then after that left the security tag on my shoes and we didn't find out until I got home. Could've been worse, could've been better but my sandals are still sparkly lol so it's good. read more

By far the nicest and cleanest Burlington I've been to! I've been obsessed with their coats but it's pretty gross going into a few of them here. The restroom has been "out of order" for awhile now for one of them. Others look dingy, messy and dark! The restroom here is really clean, there's ample parking out front, and each aisle is neatly organized!! Will definitely drive out here from Glendale from now on! read more

What the fudge!!!! I'm currently experiencing some primordial rage where I wanna throw like a javelin or something..... or possibly a giant rock. It was our company Christmas party and I was selected to purchase a few items for game prizes. My cart was loaded with goodies. I checked out and pushed my heavy cart towards the door. I reached the sliding glass doors when all of a sudden the wheels on my cart locked up. It was similar to the bad grocery cart experience when one wheel doesn't turn and you're trying to keep your cool and not just kick the cart over and walk away. I was now sweating profusely and super annoyed because that's when I saw the sign that carts can't leave the building. OH Shiitake mushrooms!!! Son of a bishop!! Was I supposed to make 10 trips heaving my loot to the car? This isn't Compton or the Roosevelt housing district.... I live in an area where are the most dangerous thing is a mom in yoga pants, piloting a minivan in the pick up line at school. That is some scary stuff... you want to see crazy aggressive mom behavior just hang out at any elementary school or junior high at the end of the day. So in annoyance and heavily sweaty, I jumped in my car, pulled up to the entrance and loaded my cart. A man in an authoritative vest walks out of the entrance just as I was finishing up. He chuckles and says, "oh man we should have unlocked the wheels for you." ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! that's even an option??? That should be posted right under carts can't leave the store! read more

We stopped at thois location for a couple things. We landed up walking out with a basket full. We spent way more then we had planned. To be honest the store was very clean and organized for being the Thanksgiving weekend. I had a large picture that we wanted and it was taken to the front of the store for us to shop more.
