What a fun little store. I just happened upon this store I wasn't sure what was being sold but it was super busy with people going in and out of the store. It's an Aisan store that sells all kinds of items, Health &Beauty,Houseware items, Toys, Groceries and Beverages and lots of other fun stuff... it was super busy in the store but the lines were very short. The store is layout makes it easy to find what you are looking for. There is something for everyone!! I definitely will go back when I have time to see everything.

    Expired in December of 2025

Bought this over the weekend and just realized it expired in 2025 of December. I didn't think to look at my other snacks that I've purchased, but this is very shameful. Make sure you check dates prior to making a purchase. Would take it back to the store, but we don't even live in the city so it'll cost more than gas. NASTY !

I'm obsessed!!! I never been to teso life before but I wanted to spend hours there looking at everything. It made you feel like you're in Japan with all the goodies! They also had so many blind boxes there.

Such a great store & there is a plethora of different options from skincare, to makeup, to food and drinks, to home stuff. Super clean and staff is friendly.

Such a cute store! They have a great selection of skincare lotions and Asian makeup. I think their variety of makeup products is pretty impressive. They also carry some delicious Asian snacks. Plenty of parking, and the customer service was excellent!

I finally checked this place out after months of it being open! I first tried checking this place out back when it had first opened and after seeing the line literally out the door, I decided I'd wait until the hype died down. Months later, the hype was still alive as ever. I pulled up to the parking lot before they opened at 11 on a Saturday and I already saw people entering the store, so I went ahead and did the same. It was already filling up right at 11! There are so many aisles of all different kinds of things from home goods to a freezer section. While everything was in Japanese, there were still signs and little descriptions posted everywhere for each product with a rundown of what the product consisted of in English. The prices were actually pretty decent. I thought some lip balms and face masks could've been cheaper, but then again you're paying for the higher quality ingredients than the crap made in the states. However, I got this adorable ceramic bowl that was actually ginormous for about $6 AFTER tax! I'll include a picture of it. I've been trying to find an oatmeal bowl that was on the bigger side for a while now. Amazon's selection is pretty lackluster, with other websites selling ceramic dishes getting in the near $40's for a single bowl - crazy! Anyway, I highly recommend checking this place out because they sell some intriguing things at affordable prices! With every purchase, you get this cute reusable bag too.

    No cash accepted!!

Go ahead and check it out. The crowd slimmed down and the cashier line is very short. Lot of people in there looking and not buying. They only accept credit cards, no cash. The store has lots of processed foods including many Korean brands as well as cosmetics, toys and home goods. It would be fun to bring young kids and letting them shop with their allowance because most items are inexpensive. Enjoy!

I was next door at Daiso and felt it was my duty to check out this place. This store also has great Japanese snacks, but with a greater focus on frozen treats- perfect to beat the heat. As you can imagine even mid weekday, this place was busy! In addition to snacks, you can find lots of toys and even fun little crane vending machines (UFO catchers). I also noticed an awful lot of asian beauty things, and if that is your thing this is the place! I'm still more of a die hard Daiso fan, but this place has its spot and focuses on different things. This would be a really fun place for buying gifts.

Better have a big bag for your goodies, so much to see here. From candies, chips, cookies and beverages. They have a lot of frozen food snacks to choose from. I haven't seen so many Lay's flavors and KitKat before! Lots of household and kitchen items available here, too! And their price is fair. If you're bringing your kids here, be prepared to spend cause they have so much cute toys and items to choose from.

Super cool store! They have so many different items that range from home goods, snacks, pet accessories, makeup, beauty, health, to kids toys. We walked in closer to closing time and it was still pretty packed. They have two rows of vending machines that are equipped with some cute plushies / toys. This area was pretty busy! The store is big and each aisle is packed with different items. I bought my dogs some treats without really knowing what they were but they seemed to have really liked them! I will be back.

    Fun stuff.

Teso Fact: Teso Life is a Japanese fashion casual life product department store. Founded in May 2017, the company is headquartered in Queens, New York. What a fun place! They have such a unique collection of Japanese items here. While not as cost-friendly as Daiso, this place does offer a lot more. Their UFO catcher (claw machine) and figurine selection alone is impressive. I enjoyed their pet selection, and I'm totally eyeing a fried shrimp toy for my cat. I recommend popping in during the weekdays if you can. The weekends can get a little hectic.

If you don't like hearing loud KPop, Teso is not the place for you. Teso is like a mini amusement park to me; there are bright lights, loud music, and so many things to look at. I'm really sad that I'm completely unfamiliar with the majority of the products in this store, but I was happy to see rows of Asian beauty items, foods (snacks, ice cream, noodles, cookies), gadgets, dishes, and toys/collectible items. I wish there were more Sanrio themed items, but you can always go two doors down and find yourself a Daiso. :) A month and a half later, this store is still busy, but there isn't a wait time to get in or to purchase your items. Things move fairly quickly in there.

I saw a post on Facebook about their grand opening and I'm always a sucker for new small businesses openings in Gilbert. Literally makes me so excited... so I was looking forward to grand opening weekend! Location: it's tucked inside the outdoor shops on Gilbert Road and Juniper just north of downtown Gilbert. The parking can kinda be a pain so just be prepared in case they're busy to park in the parking under the building. THE TOY Selection: So many toys to choose from! These are not name brand that I can see but I didn't mind. Reminded me of shopping at Five Below but more variety and assortment. Lots and lots of stocking stuffers just in time for Christmas. He is pretty savvy with trendy toys so if you've seen something trending on TikTok he might have it. And if not ask him if they will ever be on order. My 9 year old son was ecstatic with all of the toys, fidgets, and even the remote cars. I love that they have opened toys out for kids (or adults) to test out. Customer Service: The customer service was great! My son can be a little obnoxious and he was so patient with him. I even asked if they had a particular trending toy and he stated they were going to get it in order. So looking forward to coming back for that! He was helpful with all of my questions and gave any insight he could on any of the toys. Value: I could order most of all of this stuff on Amazon BUT purchasing it in person sometimes even CHEAPER than Amazon while supporting a local business wins me every time. Most toys were under $10 but the toys my son was most interested in were less than $5. Looking forward to seeing this local business grow! Check it out you won't be disappointed! HOURS: They are closed Monday & Tuesday. Open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11-7 Saturday 8-7 Sunday 8-5
