It was within 24 hours and they're supposed to keep if for 7 days, so that was fun and also required me to have to contact customer service to get Torrid Cash back because I had used it and that doesn't automatically go back to your account like payments to a credit card. The next time, also an online order but on day 6 (I'm basically a shut in but I still hate shipping) I go in. I'm not greeted by anyone, 2 people are there talking to each other, I don't know if they're customers or workers so I just stand by the register. Eventually one of them comes over while still talking to the other and asks me if I need anything, so I respond that I need a pickup order and provide my name, which I have to repeat because Toryanni is very common, they continue speaking to each other the ENTIRE TIME. I'm then told they have to go to the back to find it and then I'm told that I can use 10% off in store if I want, because clearly they've done a great job at being welcoming and doing customer service. I just leave but I'm not sure why this location has issues. Superstition Springs is a dream everyone there is always friendly and offer different tips on how to get things I need and ask how I am or if I need anything else and am I sure I don't need those new whatever accessory.
