My experience was one of a kind and I'm very impressed with the quality of service that Martin provided me. Martin was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. Just south of Lakeshore in Downtown Oakville, located on a beautiful street right next to an amazing Crêpe House. Cannot get any better than that! When I challenged him indicating that this measurement was provided by his counterparts in BC, he said that he would do the measurement if I paid $25. So much for taking professional responsibility. Apparently it is available for purchase. His behavior is just a cheap tactict to make buying glasses from other than him as difficult as possible.

As is typical with every health care provider there can be a wait but the drs never rush me through my exams. For the opticians, I always have great service and their prices for frames are excellent. I've gotten glasses from Costco etc where service is terrible. I'd rather pay a little extra and have real service. The drs always check to make sure the glasses fit properly.
