As is typical with every health care provider there can be a wait but the drs never rush me through my exams. For the opticians, I always have great service and their prices for frames are excellent. I've gotten glasses from Costco etc where service is terrible. I'd rather pay a little extra and have real service. The drs always check to make sure the glasses fit properly.

His response was that he could not take responsibility for the ordering of glasses. When I challenged him indicating that this measurement was provided by his counterparts in BC, he said that he would do the measurement if I paid $25. So much for taking professional responsibility. Apparently it is available for purchase. His behavior is just a cheap tactict to make buying glasses from other than him as difficult as possible.
