We liked even the name because we are family and wanted someone who understand us. Beth and her colleague Shervoughn (I think this is the spelling) were both very professional and helpful for choosing our glasses. We did not meet Dr. Singh, but we met Dr. Maharaja his wife (the couple are the co-owner of the business). Dr. Maharaja was very knowledgeable and also very kind. She explained thoroughly every steps of our eye exams. My wife and I were soon at ease and happy to have found this place as everyone who works there seems wanting to be helpful. While we ere in the clinic to choose our glasses we saw our old friends Peter and Annette who were visiting the store for the first time. Later we discovered that other family (Armani) and friends go to the same place. I guess the great minds (hahaha) think alike!

I don't know if that's good or not, but she diagnosed me and I was find with it. There are a lot of Optometrists and eyewear stores, for the most part they are all the same, except for Visions Health Care (inside Cloverdale Mall in Etobicoke) - that was a horrible experience. Honestly, the only reason why I went to Eyeglass Gallery was because it caries the Tiffany & Co line.

As is typical with every health care provider there can be a wait but the drs never rush me through my exams. For the opticians, I always have great service and their prices for frames are excellent. I've gotten glasses from Costco etc where service is terrible. I'd rather pay a little extra and have real service. The drs always check to make sure the glasses fit properly.

I inquired about contact lenses and was told they will provide samples for no charge. I went back to get them and was charged $150 for a "fitting fee". Someone spent 10 minutes with me and could not get them fitted. So I had to pay the $150. They never told me there was fee for the help. Only when I was about to leave did they demand the money. It seems that they will find some way to squeeze money from you. We will never return to this place. Be careful and make sure you get clarity.

They take their time with you, helping you to decide and select the right frames. Dr. Jani is professional, patient and caring. I needed time for my eyes to focus during my eye exam and she didn't rush me. I suffer terribly from dry eye syndrome and she gave me a full eye treatment for this (drops, gel and moist heat eye mask). Yes, it is expensive. However, the treatment works and I am thrilled with the immediate results! My eye glass prescription is perfect and I can see much better now and I love my new frames. I have found my new Optometrist. Thank you Dr. Jani and staff!
