I asked what was going on and they said the young girl lost an heirloom diamond from her necklace. We tried to search under a nearby shelving unit but could not find it! I went to one of the store associates and told her what was happening. She worked to remove items from the bottom shelves, with no concern about the lovely dress she was wearing. And she was able to pull the shelves up and found the diamond. That is the kind of people that work here. Very caring. Love love this store!

Good luck, because they're only available 9-2 on weekdays - you know, the hours most of us are working. And I called just now and they transferred me to voicemail. Total ineptitude.
