I needed a specific item last minute and this store came in clutch. I LOVE how they have rearranged the store. Everything seemed to be in its place, coats in one section, toys in another...so much easier to navigate than the old layout. There was a line but the line was quick despite only two representatives working the cash registers at the time. The lady that checked me out was really sweet and complimented some of the items I was purchasing. My only complaint was a lot of the alarms on the shoes are supper sensitive to where if you touch a pair of shoes, the alarm will go. So several alarms were going off as I was doing my shopping but the staff didn't seem to mind. Will definitely be back for clothing items. read more

The best thing about this place is the male greeter when you walk in. He's nice and he made me feel welcome. He also cleaned off my cart for me. I stopped at Burlington because I'm looking for a dress. I googled them and I chose this one because I've never been to this one before. Very big inside. Nice selection of items. I ended up getting my daughter a few items as well. I did find a dress. While there my husband and I had to go to the bathroom. They just need to do a better job with cleaning. At least once a day and have some at least check it through though out the day. That bathroom appeared like no one had cleaned it in a few days. It smelled bad as well. They have to do better. I got in line to check out and it was about 12 people in line. I waited about 15-20 mins which is not too bad. They had about 4-5 people working the registers. The lady that checked me out was nice and friendly. I overall had a good experience but they need to do a better job with their bathrooms. read more

You can pretty much always find good deals here. They also have a rewards program if you have a credit card with them you can earn money back on previous purchases. As of late the store appears to be more organized and things are neat. There used to be a time where the store was a hot mess. Evidently they made some changes because the store looks good. I didn't need anything in particular the day I shopped but they did have some nice items for the home. And nice items for the family. read more

In route home today, I made a quick stop at Burlington on Hwy78 in Snellville to pick up a birthday gift for my nephew's party this weekend. It's ridiculous how long the line was only two cashiers were available and one left for another to fill his place. I asked to speak with the manager he never responded to my request, my husband said he was there days before and the same thing happened to him. read more

Store was a hot mess, dirty, unorganized, messy, lighting was dim, junk everywhere, and just not a pleasant visit or view. Tried finding clothes but it was so unorganized and messy. When I was able to find some (dress pants and jeans) the fitting rooms were blocked off with furniture, fixtures, shopping carts, and merchandise. The manager (hispanic lady with blonde hair) said fitting rooms are closed Sunday to Thursday and only open on Fridays and Saturdays "IF" they have an employee available for the fitting rooms. Would not recommend this store in Lilburn, shop elsewhere. read more

I don't shop in stores often, but on the rare occasion that I do and I end up at a Burlington Coat Factory, I always wonder why I don't go here often! I even call a friend after I leave just to tell them that. Burlington is underrated. It's like a TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Home Goods combined in one factory, but cheaper! At my most recent visit, I saw brand names such as Sam Edelman, Coach, Nine West, Marc Fisher, Steve Madden and Tommy Hilfiger. I was blown away by the names and prices attached to it. They have a huge selection of shoes, bags, clothes, accessories, pet supplies, toys, and home goods. They also have furniture. I came in here looking for thank you cards, which they didn't have. They have very little to no stationery selection. However, I walked out with five other items. I could have easily walked out with more, but had to restrain myself. This location used to be a Publix Supermarket, so it's big and spacious. The parking lot is even bigger. The handful of times I've been here the place has been clean and fairly organized, and the staff helpful. Even when I went during the holidays, it wasn't crazy busy. I need to remind myself to come here more often. read more

Honestly, Burlington is very underrated. With a title like Coat Factory, you won't think you will be getting deals but you do. This particular location off US 78 and Killian Hill Road in Lilburn. I got all my shopping done for my nieces and nephews and it felt great. I spent $10 or less for each of their toys. Yep! I feel great. Plus this Burlington is clean and they maintain the store well. WHOA NELLY! A double-take was definitely in order when I walked into this store today. I don't know what I expected to see but what I saw was a clean, organized and well-designed store. Yes Honey, I am sure it was Burlington! Sometimes you just don't know what to expect so you brace yourself. It was really a pleasure shopping in the store today and I was happy that I found the perfect navy blue flip-flop. I like them with a 1.5 inch heal and a secure fit. These were exactly what I wanted and will be great for relaxing on the Fourth of July. Also, I was able to find a nice floral print blue maxi that is perfect for summer lounging and quick errands. It will also travel well as it is basically care free. Although there was a line when I checked out, it moved swiftly and checkout was a breeze. I appreciated the care and attention given to this store as well as the kind and professional customer care. Give yourselves a high-five!! read more

I love Burlington's! It's one of my favorite stores. However, this location is subpar. I never find the good items here as I do at the other locations. Their selection is minimal. I always regret coming to this location, because I know I won't find what I'm looking for, but it's the closest one to my house. Example: I was looking for a formal dress and beach shoes for an upcoming cruise I was taking. The dress selection was nil, and they had no pool shoes. I go to the other location by North DeKalb mall, and they had dresses AND the pool shoes! Don't get me wrong, this location has a lot of nice things, the quality (or Quantity) of those nice things are lacking. I can say that it's a very clean, bright, and fairly organized store...cleaner and much neater than the one by North DeKalb mall. I just wish they had the same selection as the location in Buford (Bigger, with EVERYTHING you can think of)...then this would be my favorite store! read more

This Burlington Coat Factory store just opened a few months ago and I must say it is the cleanest, most organized, and most professional store of their kind. The employees have excellent customer service skills and are more than ready to help. The shelves are fully stocked at all times and the store is full of great deals. Went to Burlington to grab some things for my birthday trip to Jamaica. The store is new. It was clean and I found a few items. Well. The cashier had an attitude no eye contact and she talked very low but agitated. Like I was a bother. After standing in line for about 20 minutes she checked me out and didn't place one of my items in the bag. Well I didn't notice until later that night by that time they were closed. The next morning I left the country. When I came back I called and explained an item was left at the store. I have been getting the run around every since. It's taking forever for them to look at the camera so I can get a replacement for my 8.99 item. Smh. It's been over a week and no call like they promised when I call now I get placed on hold. I even went to the store and they said the tape hasn't been watched but it will later on and I was promised another call by the end of the day. Well that was last week. Still no call and my item I paid for I still don't have. $8.99 is not going to make them bankrupt to replace my item. So disappointing. I guess oh well life goes on huh Burlington?? read more

Good items, horrible customer service. I just asked for a price check for a 7.00 pair of lashes. The others were 2. I had the exact pair that were 2.00 as well they fell out of my shopping cart and I could not find them so I got the 7.00 pair. The men thought I was not telling the truth that the others were 2:00. The "original" pair costed 17.00. Who pays that much for lashes?! The men also had an attitude with me. I will not go there again. read more
