It's located in the Presidential Markets plaza in the old Bed, Bath and Beyond building . You can tell it's a fan favorite as the parking lot is FULL. The store itself is quite large. Cashiers to the left and accessories such as sunglasses are in the front entrance. In the rear of the store are women's and men shoes. Women's clothing in the middle and it's more than enough to choose from all designers. Typical Nordstrom Rack. I didn't check out the men's wear other than glancing over to see the set up which is to the left of the store. Beauty products on the right of the store . I only glanced at the counter didn't shop the products. So I'm not sure what products are there I love their selection of Jeans. I bought a pair w/cute white top. I saw a nice pair of ankle cowboy boots but out of my size. There is also a pick up area in the rear. That's pretty cool. Possibly order online and pick up in store The cost is reasonable although some items are still $150 plus but it's nice quality merchandise. Checkout was a breeze. 10 registers, however, all were not open but I'm sure they are on weekends. I heard over the loud speaker they're now accepting Apple Pay. Note to self: never go out to shop the day after Christmas again! Everyone was flooding the store trying to make returns/exchanges and probably just looking for last minute post-holiday deals as well as using gift cards they had received. I decided to go to this location for the first time, as I was already in the area. I usually go to the Peachtree Corners location and prefer that one, as it is usually dead even post-pandemic. In any case, everything seemed well-stocked. I found the wet and dry cat food I needed without any issue. When I made it to the self-checkout area I was redirected to the end of a huge line that was wrapping around to the end of the store. So if you wanted a cashier or to self-checkout it was all just one big line. I was almost ready to give up when I saw how many people were waiting, however, I am glad I didn't because the line actually moved a lot quicker than you would think. I spent about 15 minutes total from wait to checkout time to be out of the store. That's faster than waiting in the self-checkout line at Walmart Jimmy Carter or Walmart Duluth, I know that much. Those can take a good half hour sometimes. So I can't really complain I guess lol. It was an okay location, but I'm guessing because of the complex they are in and being right off a major intersection they are still usually this busy no matter what. I would come back if I had to, it's just a little out of my way and busier than I like, but overall not bad.

She was having a conversation with another employee near the bicycle section and was using excessive profanity loud enough for customers to hear. The conversation was inappropriate for a workplace setting and reflected poorly on the store. Employees should be mindful that customers are present and conduct personal conversations privately and professionally. It also made me wonder where the supervisors were at the time, as this behavior should have been addressed. I expect a more professional atmosphere when shopping in your store.

Today, I went shopping with my 4 year old daughter. We were in the kids section shopping and my daughter picked something up and I told her to put it back where she found it. An associate immediately came up to her and said "give me that, I'm going to put it back where it belongs." As my daughter walked back to me I hear the associate complaining about things being all over the floor, basically blaming it all on my daughter. We continued to shop in another area to which the associate came into a few minutes later and said that my daughter was dropping stuff all over the floor and leaving messes everywhere and told her to get out. I was right there with her....and there were other children that had been in that section that could have easily made a mess. I literately don't know how you can be so rude and point fingers at someone when it could have easily been someone else, not to mention.... that is what she was getting paid to do.... her job is to literally go through the store and pick up and organize things. I worked in retail for 12 years, I get that you want to keep things neat, but don't be rude to paying customers. And you wonder why the area is going down and businesses don't last... it's because of people like her. Customer service matters and how you treat people matters. They had a very different inventory so I was not able to find anything of interest and those really cute sandals had sold out in my size. Uggghh! However, I can say that the store smelled and looked very clean. Every single department was in order and designed so that customers were able to easily find what they needed. This store is in the same shopping center as Ross and Burlington and I have noticed that they all carry the same theme: Keep it clean and organized! Whatever they are doing, it is working because I would definitely to return to shop here in the future. For a Saturday afternoon, the store was very quiet and one could actually shop in peace. Also, there was not a long line of tired and frustrated customers which is frequently the case at my local store. They are limiting the number of customers that can come in. They are also sanitizing the carts before they give you one. They have marks near the cash registers indicating how far apart people should stand in line. The cashiers spray down their area after each customer. I was impressed at how focused they are on ensuring I have a safe shopping experience. The employees were friendly and helpful. The shelves are not fully stocked yet but they were busy putting up new things while I was there. It seems like they are starting to get in new stock. Yet, the things I came in for I wasn't able to find so they still have a ways to go. Not their fault. It's just how things are at the moment. I was still able to find other things that I needed.
