The racks are quite full, but the clothing is nicely organized by size, making it easy to find something for yourself. I found two pairs of jeans (one Talbots for $8.90 and one Liverpool jeggings for $9.15), one pair of Talbots shorts (half price at $4.08), and one adorable spring dress ($15). All were in excellent condition, and I only paid $39 for the lot. They have several dressing rooms to comfortably try on clothing, and the staff were very friendly. I'll definitely return!

Let me star with the good first . Ever since I discovered Windsor , over 10 years ago , I have been hooked on this place . The prices are very reasonable for beautiful evening wear and accessories. As a photographer, I'm always there in the hunt for a pretty gown for a client . Normally, I'm never disappointed. I was there about 5 days ago and let me tell you , I walked out with one of the prettiest gowns . In fact , I still have one of Windsor's gowns from about 4 years ago . I purchased it for a client . The compliments were endless . Now, for the bad ; customer service. If I had to call there and needed help over the phone , I wouldn't have come . The manager stood behind the counter with not even a glazed look on her face . It was a " get out of my face look ," whenever she'd look up . She barely gave me any acknowledgment that I was there . I couldn't figure her out . She was dry as a bone . No conversation, didn't offer to help or anything of the nature . She acted as she was consumed in a few sheets of papers she held in her hands as I asked her for help at least three times . She never responded. I left a dress on the counter as I looked at accessories, and once I was ready to check out , I told her three times ( as I just mention) I'm ready to check out . Finally , I went over to another young lady that walked up and I asked her if she could check me out . She responded, with a yes . I asked her if that woman was the manager and she quietly told me , yes. Ridiculous!! If she doesn't want to be there she needed to go home . If you're in the business of retail , your job is to sell me the items I was trying to purchase. Be aware if you go that to shop . The inventory is perfect for anyone whom wants quality looking items at a reasonable price . It isn't cheap looking items at all , but the prices are pretty fair to me . The most I've ever paid for a lovely unique looking gown was 200.00. I usually just keep them for my business . The manager can really ruin the companies reputation , but I found what I needed. One thing for sure if she's the only person working , I'll take my business elsewhere, because I don't beg people and pay them too .

The fabulous owner Cecily is warm and inviting with great flair and sense of style. There's a cool blend of classic, funky and hip pieces. As always this location feels very disorganized, messy, and sort of empty. There's a lot of dead space that they could use to stock more items which sort of makes it feel like a thrift shop almost. Also on this visit I saw the same pair of shoes in 3 different sizes all with a different price.
