I do not feel as if he heeded what I wanted for a suit & more so pushed his own agenda and recommendations, without me getting much of a word in. Quickly dismissing me and my needs and jumping straight to other stores I could shop at. After a distasteful look of me, up and down and verbatim saying "I know times are rough" and assuming I couldn't afford a suit, that alone was disgusting and a turn off from wanting to do business with this location ever again. Mind you, he never asked what my budget was (which is upwards $1000) cause it's for my own wedding. I'm more than willing to drop a bag for my big day, but again, questions weren't asked and assumptions were made. All I'm saying is, first impressions mean a lot and his was piss poor.

There was no thank-you, and I actually had to help sort my items because bath products and clothing were getting mixed together during bagging. I did try to call ahead and speak with Store Manager Stan before posting this, but the person who answered was reluctant to even share his name--which made it feel like feedback isn't welcomed. I'm still deciding whether to keep my purchases, because the experience really took the joy out of what should have been a fun shopping trip. But more than that, I want to see this store live up to its potential. Customer service matters, and I believe it can improve with attention and care. I'm sharing this not to criticize harshly, but in hopes that someone will listen and act.

At any rate we tried to exit through the same entrance we came in, it had been locked even though our car was parked right out front. The manager said they could not re open to let us out the way we came in so we would have to walk around to the front. That would be a HARD NO. I informed management that I was unable to walk long distances, their solution was to send Security. It was 4 of us which included my 5 year old grand baby. Security said they could only transport one of us. The rest if us had to walk through a dark parking garage at night with my 5-year-old grandchild. That is completely unacceptable and unsafe. There should be better protocols in place for customer safety and accessibility after hours. To make matters worse, my daughter recently placed an online order with Macy's and paid for 2-day shipping, only to find out the items won't arrive until Monday, well past the date they were needed. Between the poor in-store experience and unreliable online service, Macy's has truly fallen short. I expected much better from a company of this reputation.
