Lady at the desk ask for an order number and I then realized I didn't have my phone to look it up. Miss Ruby then went above and beyond to help me look for what i ordered. She started checking her computer and after that failed she then went to the back to look for it just using my name. After a few minutes she found it and brought it to me. Well the stock lead didn't relay the message and to cover her ass the bosses want to leave it on my record that I just didn't show up. I even explained and brought this to the GM attention and he said it's okay I'll talk to Iris, but yet their still leaving it on record making me look bad. It's not fair especially when I am a good employee. I'm going to leave the screenshot below. Even worst if the lines are ever long don't expect that much help because the GM told me himself that him or his managers don't belong on a register so if your ever wondering why you can't get help you know why. He also love to change your schedule without any heads up but if your late or don't show they will put it on you. This is the Ross I started at and regret coming to this store. It's not ran the way it should be. Good managers help their team when they're in need of help, any managers who doesn't think like that shouldn't be a manager. Someone who sits in the office and doesn't help the closing team when their already getting out at 2 in the morning. It's ridiculous. They want to slave drive you and want you to bend when they need but won't help you run a hummer or anything. I'm so over and done with this place. They're not worth the stress.

It was an honest mistake--neither the cashier nor I noticed at the time of purchase. What should have been a simple return turned into a frustrating ordeal. The employee identifying herself as the manager, Deanna, first told me the item couldn't be refunded. Then she tried to exchange it, but there wasn't another one in stock. After that, she attempted to hand the broken item back to me. I was also told that I had received a 30% discount on my purchase, even though my receipt and bank statement clearly showed I paid full price. Only after I pointed out MINISO's own return policy for defective merchandise did she agree to process a refund. However, she refused to give me a refund receipt, saying she had to keep it with my original receipt, and instead printed a different receipt showing a cash refund. To make matters worse, I was refunded only $4.53 for an item that cost $9.99 plus tax. I have photographs of the receipts and documentation of the transaction. Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand defective products happen. What I cannot understand is the poor customer service, inconsistent explanations, and failure to issue the correct refund. A simple return should never become this complicated. Unless MINISO makes this right, I cannot recommend shopping at this store. I hope management reviews this incident, provides better training, and ensures future customers are treated fairly.

Of course, I'm not blaming staff; that is on management. They see what we see and if they are ok with that, then I will drop it lol *Displaying product is an important selling point. It was a bit frustrating seeing all these registers but no people. Some times it's open upstairs until the men's section (that's if the clerks are hiding in the back (made eye contact and she literally walked backwards into her closet. I knew the bottled water left by the register was hers, so she had to come back soon, right? Customer then tells me that there's no Hope waiting upstairs and to go to the main check out line. Never forget the make up/ perfume reps that could (and have) rung us up, but suddenly, they were quick to say no unless it's their specific product. (They were doing nothing-no customers) In the end, we came to the main floor. Waited. Watching employees ring up. Send customers away. Hear them gossip a few minutes until some one *coughs* then snaps back to going about their actual professional business. I reckon, it we are going to have a one stop check out spot, let's just get it done. If break are needed go, but please don't just stand there, doing nothing... talking to your colleague, when there's a plethora of customers waiting.
