I was in there 20 minutes and passed up a total of 5 employees and NOT once was I acknowledged. I am used to at least a good morning or something. The store was messy not even clean stuff not put on the shelf where it belonged I was so disappointed. This is at 8 am when 1st opened. This is a Coronavirus lockdown update: Target Drive Up wins the day! I ordered last night around midnight and my order was ready by 9am. Drove up and they were waiting for me outside. Love the sturdy plastic bags like the ones in LA. Will definitely reuse often. There were no substitutions and I got what I needed today. HEB curbside has a week or two week waiting period but Target has same day. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because a lot of food items are not available for pick up so I will have to go inside later this week. read more

I'm sorry, but if you're trying to shop on a budget, THIS ISN'T THE STORE. I can see people coming here for a specific brand, otherwise I've found EVERY single item on my shopping list at HALF the cost at local Walmart, not even kidding!! I was expecting better quality for the prices, but I was wrong. Walmart has the same quality for half, the cost, and in most cases less than half the cost of Target. Extremely disappointed with Target my basket had 7 items, but I still had another 10+ items on my shopping list, and unfortunately already reached beyond my budget. While shopping at Target I was comparing prices in real time with Walmart, when I realized I could find EVERYTHING on my list at Walmart, AND still have cash leftover... I LITERALLY WALKED AWAY FROM MY BASKET, AND TOOK THE CLOSEST EXIT OUT OF TARGET, quickly ubered over to the closest Walmart, and happily shopped my list.... Target is WAY OVER PRICED, AND ABSOLUTELY OVERRATED. read more

Typical Target but .... Where's maintenance? Women's restroom needs cleaning, toilet paper, and 2 of the doors do not lock. The others literally shake when someone closes a door, so violently that when the end stall door closes, it shakes open the adjacent door open and unlocks. Also there's a line for the woman's restroom? Twice within 2 hrs, first time in a retail shop this has happened today. Maybe Starbucks is offering a new "to go" drink? Prices too high for certain items like groceries, why I stopped coming Check out has the DIY but I chose cashier, waited but not in hurry, let one lady ahead with only 1 item. That's a feat that needed to be rewarded, such discipline!!! So the line continues behind me to the main aisle. .. new cashier comes and takes the guy behind me. Yep, if it were me I always offer the person ahead who has waited longer but NO. The guy was selfish. As she stepped out of her booth to scan a heavy item in his cart, I said nicely, "next time please ask who was the next in line" I then waited even longer as she went thru 2 more customers while I was still waiting for my one ahead. Having been a cashier myself, it was common sense, and if not I made sure and trained my staff. I've seen fights form from this. Before I left I made sure to talk to the manager about the above concerns. I was nice and totally get her position. However, not all that excited to return to this store Btw TIP: don't try to fight the carts if you park in the outer lanes. I was being nice returning a cart but it locked up on me. After being humiliated as ppl saw me wrestling with an empty cart... I google and learned they have chips to prevent you from going far. Cool yet embarrassing. Later as we laughed... This location is the worst target I have ever been to. There are multiple employees running around but don't seem to be doing their job because the place is trashed, nothing is organized. It looks like a tornado went through there. Can't even shop in there because nothing is in its correct place. Ridiculous. read more

This is my safe place! The staff is very helpful and sweet. Always willing to check inventory and walk you over! Target is rather new for me as a shopper, but the CVS within the store is convenient. Pharmacists are all gracious. The Starbucks is a nice touch especially when they can bring your drink to drive up pickup for your Target purchases. read more

This is not my favorite in the area, but their hours are a lot better than most in the area. The store has plenty of parking and is easily accessed off the interstate. The store was clean but it is an older and not as nice as the new super targets. The staff at this location were helpful and looked for a product in stock in the back that wasn't available on the self. In a pinch this store will do the trick. read more

Very disappointed saw a item on sale online at this location so I drove to this location found the idea I came in for and was very disappointed original price was 12.99 and they had it on clearance for 9.09 when online showed the original price was 9.99 and was on clearance for 4.99 and I told the cashier that online shows at this location it's on clearance for 4.99 and she told me they do not price match clearance . When just the other day I went to another target found a clearance idea that was went cheaper online and they had no problem price matching it. read more

Oh Target! What's not to love! They have it all like toys clothes groceries electronics anything you can think of they probably have, not to mention the Starbucks that's located inside . I drag my family to target at least once a week always looking at the great deals! The checkout lines can get kind of long at certain times but the self checkout lanes definitely make up for that. read more

This is a small neighborhood Target. Lots and lots of things on clearance. Everything is all over the place in the toy section. They have a Starbucks and a food area to buy something hot to eat on the go as well as a food area of the store to buy groceries. read more

I love this location. SW Military is the best target by far. Also their order pick up service is quick!! Other locations leave you waiting up to 15 minutes, forget to give you items or just don't have any at all!! But not this place they are so friendly & professional. I love target I just do not prefer this SW military location . I make the drive to Balcones Heights just for their great customer service !!! I tried exchanging a shirt that I purchased at another target and the woman at customer service told me I had to go back to my original location. I know the exchange policy but I was NOT gonna argue ! Plus couponers always wipe out their merchandise ... especially health & beauty sections. I gotta say for the side of town I was on I was expecting this Target to be lackluster. I went in to buy some games for my son and a keurig. The neat thing about this Target was the friendliness of the employees. Upon entry I was greeted and welcomed. From there the employee directed me to the games section. The aisles were neat and non cluttered. After I got my purchases I went to check out. There were 6 people working on registers and the lines moved quickly. The only thing I didn't like was how close the food court was to the registers. I had to worry about getting hit by a cart while getting my popcorn lol read more

This location is the worst in Customer Service. I never have any issues at any other Target that I have been to, and I have been to a lot of different locations. The company's return policy as a whole is crappy, but the way this location handles things just makes it 10 times worse. Too many people that can't help are always trying to get involved. I find that I have to repeat myself 4 times before an action is taken. I will stick to the location at City Base and Crossroads. read more
