My only consistent complaints, however, is the state of the restrooms and that there's one cashier who is always really rude that has a ton of tattoos and piercings. Mind you, it's not professional to come to work looking all goth and emo. As far as the restrooms go, they often leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It's a minor point in the grand scheme of things, but it's definitely something that could be improved to enhance the overall shopping experience. Striking out everywhere, I thought I'd stop in here since I was in the area. Knowing I was going to be in this general vicinity, I pulled up their website prior to my venturing out to see the style and potential collection of clothing (specifically dresses) that they carry. Looked promising, so I was hopeful when I walked in the door. Meh. Nothing that I saw on the website was on any rack, and what was on the rack was extremely dull -- styles were odd, fabrics and patterns were not flattering. I didn't even find one item to try on, as I was completely unimpressed with everything I saw (including some pretty steep prices considering the garment). It didn't help that not one of the three employees in the store that day even greeted me when I walked in. I didn't hear one word out of any of them, as I walked back and forth through the store for at least 15 minutes (and, mind you, I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time). Move on. The price points are good and you can always catch a deal with one of their sales. One downside: one of the dresses I got is an off white color, the material is polyester I believe, and it has a water mark stain which will not come out; even with dry cleaning.
