Lazy might be a better word. She treated the customer service woman like crap (snide comments/attitude toward her) and then proceeded to shoo me off. I asked if anyone else is coming in - she didn't know even though i was told she made the schedule. I asked for a refund - she's like "ya, we can't do that." HA bull. Yes you can. It's Walmart. I asked if she could just push the print button for the photos and she said no. Again. Bull. You're a manager.
