I come to Hanford every year from Chicago and was so happy to find Burn Pilates & Strength Studio this year. I took Caroline's Strength + Sculpt class, Crystal's Equipment, and Mat + Strength class, and Jessica's Chair + Mat class. All three were challenging in the best way and such a great workout. The instructors were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They provided clear, thoughtful explanations of each movement, with great cues and hands-on guidance throughout. I especially appreciated how patient and encouraging they were, ensuring that everyone in the class felt supported and safe. The studio itself is beautiful and so welcoming. It has a clean, calming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. It was also super easy to book classes through their app, which made the whole experience even more convenient. They also have cute merch options--I picked up a pair of Pilates socks that I absolutely love! Whether you're local or just visiting, I highly recommend checking out Burn if you're looking for effective, well-instructed classes in a warm and inspiring space. Wow! 10/10 would recommend... I was a complete novice to Pilates when I joined the studio. Each coach has done a phenomenal job at explaining the movements and ensuring that my forum is not only correct but that I am actually engaging the intended muscle groups. This attention to detail has made it so I leave each class feeling the perfect amount of exhausted. I always feel like my muscles have had a good burn but I'm never too sore to not go back the next day for more! The studio itself is gorgeous, an absolute little gem for Hanford. Burn Pilates opened only a few months ago in Visalia, and when I heard about it, I immediately was interested in trying it out! Burn Pilates is an amazing reformer Pilates studio located in two locations. One in Hanford and Visalia. They have a variety of instructors with a wealth of knowledge. I have multiple past injuries and they always assist with how to best modify moves so that you are still able to get a great workout within your body's limits. I go to the Visalia location. It was my first time trying Pilates & I am obsessed! The membership deals are great & I was able to find something that worked for me as a University student.
