My main instructors are Nadia, Faith, Jillian and Layne. All of them are amazing in their own way. Nadia was the instructor for my first Pilates class ever and she couldn't have done a better job at making me feel welcome in class. Being a guy coming into a Pilates studio full of women it was a bit intimidating. But the second I said hello, Nadia and all the other clients made me feel instantly welcome. Layne has done an incredible job building this studio. I'm so happy I found it :)
