The place is great, although it was a bit hard to find at first. But once you step inside they have a huge selection smoke related products, specially water pipes. Their staff is also very knowledgeable about the products they sale, along with any other products or accessories that you might need. I visited this store and another smoke shop close by, on the same day, for comparison. I went in looking for charcoal for my hookah. The three people working were more interested in their conversation about hair styles than they were about helping customers. Prices were a bit on the high side, but they had the charcoal brand I am familiar with. I will probably not go back due to prices and not very friendly employees. read more

The young girl that helped me was very courteous and seem to be fairly knowledgable But I must say that I did not care for Jonathan at all. He was extremely condescending and made me feel like the bad guy. The problem was I brought a e-cig that was defective I paid 50.00 and he tried to upsale me something else instead of replacing the damage goods. This place isn't all that bad and it's reasonable just some items are a little over priced. I like the shirts from here, there pretty cool when your looking for Htown items. They have some things that other smoke shops dont like unique Houston Stuff or did. I use to buy and did bought stuff from here but its best to compare the price from across the street after I found out the tag price is a lot or cheaper on certain items at times. I've been shopping at Zig Zag for over 10 years. They likely have the best selection of glass in town - from one-timers to very high end collector pieces and everything in between. Prices are competitive, service is excellent, staff knowledge about products is above par - all in all you can't go wrong with Zig Zag. read more

Everything is over priced. They lie and give you sells pitch to buy bullshit. Prices never stay the same. Always charging up on customers. And yeah if you want to get pulled over and harassed by police after leaving zig zags then this the place for you. Go down the street.....much cheaper stuff. Also the other shop burn on westtheimer and beltway 8 is connected to zig zags. Also bs and in the worst areas.....westchase ditrict. There is always cops waiting on the side to pull you over as well when you leave burn. The staff is always knowledgable, friendly, and are willing to spend as much time is needed to help you. I went to buy a new tank for my vape battery earlier and Nick schooled me for about half an hour on the vaporizer game (I wish I bought my first vape here). They're not interested in selling you bullshit, they'd prefer you to be happy with your purchase--and that's invaluable. These guys are the definition of customer service, without making you feel like a customer. As for the store it's got everything you need and a wide variety of it too.
