On numerous occasions, I have called to speak to someone in leadership regarding the position. However, each time I have called; the leadership people are always at another facility. Weight room has lots of equipment yet room is too small to be safe. Lots of equipment was notice in front of and by a fire exit in weight room. Machines are so close it is hard to get in and out. Free weights benches and other equipment are so close someone could easily have a weight dropped on them. Weight stacks are too close to mirrors and therefore an accident just waiting to happen. Gym floor and track floor are in desperate need of being replaced. I would expect more from the YMCA as others I have visited around country and Texas have been fantastic.
