When we decided on a car seat model that wasn't even listed on their website yet, Hannah went above and beyond by creating a custom order so we could get it as soon as it became available. My wife has arthritis, so we had done a tremendous amount of research beforehand. Being able to actually see, touch, and test the different products in person made all the difference. There is simply no substitute for hands-on experience when making such an important purchase. We ultimately chose the Cybex Callisto T 360 car seat and the Silver Cross Cove 2 stroller with bassinet, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We also realized that Enlightened Baby carried many of the items on our baby registry. We ended up switching our registry purchases from major retailers to this wonderful small business. They offer delivery, warranties, and, most importantly, exceptional customer service. Supporting a local business while receiving such personalized care made the entire experience even more special. Our queen sized custom memory quilt was $130. Unbelievably, she had it made in about a month. She has quite a business running. She gets mail orders from all over the US. She makes crib size, twin size, full size, queen size, king size, throw size and stadium blankets. She has lots of pictures on her business Facebook page too. Also note worthy: her primary business is actually memory quilts made from the clothing of loved ones that have passed.
