I spend a 100$ with y'all once a week when I need thca disposable and a geek bar. Tonight I did not have 70$ to spend but did it anyway because I had said I wanted the dirty sprite one verbally twice, the clerk handed me one I did not want to look at I HATE ARTIFICIAL BLACKBERRY. it is the bane of my existence, it will be miserable trying to get through all 12 grams of this 70$ trash that I hate, inspite of catching it before I had even opened the box. Continued to tell me how it was my fault over and over. I know have 100$ worth of floral trash terpenes which is the one thing I told him mattered to me besides NO BLACKBERRY. As I stated the first time he slid it in the transaction, I wanted the dirty sprite. Unacceptable. Main guy that works there is an enormous asshole. I have had 1 or 2 pens (Delta8) that have gotten clogged after a week or two of use. He told me it must be "user error." Or it could be a common problem and you could just give me some advice??? He then sold me a cheap Delta8 pen, and after less than 24 hours use, the top of the glass cracked. I didn't drop it and only used it a few times while in bed that night but he claimed that it had to be "my fault" and there was nothing they could do to help me. That's just not how you, as a business, deal with customers. Fine - don't give me my money back or replace it - but don't be such a prick about it. read more

My boyfriend and I have been going to Burnie's for the last 3 years and we've over all really loved this store. The staff is nice and the owner is really nice and cool as well. Today I went in and got a TKO delta 8 disposable. I've been going to Burnie's for a while and know the TKOs don't work that well but thought I would give it another try since they keep bringing the product back in. I figured they fixed their issues by now since they upped their stock in it. I purchased it for $42.79 and made sure I hit it before I left to make sure it worked. It worked, so I threw the packaging away in the store and left. When I got home and hit it again, there was nothing coming out. It was fully charged, still full of concentrate, and the light would turn on when you hit it, however nothing would come out. I tried charging it again, looked for a button maybe that I was missing, but nothing worked. At first I wasn't going to go back and just let the $42.79 go because it was pouring rain but I honestly couldn't afford to pay for something that didn't work, as I'm very broke. So I went back and brought it in and the guy recognized me as he was the one who checked me out when I bought it. I explained the situation to him and even demonstrated to him how nothing would come out when you hit it. He said they're not supposed to refund us for it after we leave but that he would replace the TKO with another one for me this one time. I told him I understood that but that I would rather pay the difference for the Runtz disposable as I knew those worked. They are a little pricey which is why I went with the TKO initially. In the end, he gave me 20% off the Runtz which came out to be $34.23, but did not refund me for the TKO disposable. I know he was just doing his job but in the end, I wasted $77 for 1 Runtz disposable. I purposely picked the cheap disposable to save money and ended up getting ripped off in the end anyways. Burnies is a great vibe with cool people but I can't go in and "hope" that the product I buy works when I get home. Especially if I offer to pay the difference for a more expensive product. I feel ripped off and I'm sad to say that after shopping there for 3 years, my boyfriend and I will no longer be going to Burnie's nor recommending it to our friends. read more

I live close by in Flagler Village, this smoke shop is convenient to my house and I have been a customer numerous times, however NEVER AGAIN! I arrived to the store between 9pm-10pm on 08/16/2023 to simply buy some Shisha. I walked in and the overly drug induced employee with long purple hair and glasses said nothing in a daze. I politely said hello I would like to get some Shisha, she drugingly pointed to the next room behind me and said "its back there." So I walked to the next room and it was behind the counter (no registers) between the counters a hand truck...because she directed me there I moved the hand truck and was selecting my Shisha when behind the employee walked up and said "GET THE FUCK BACK!!!" I turned around puzzled because number one, she was no help could barely talk on drugs and told me to go to where the product was, two that such a low class, horrible person would speak to a customer in this way. I said "excuse me, why are you cursing at me?" She said "you're not supposed to be back there"...which I replied you directed me to do so, so again I ask as an employee is this really happening? She was so overly on drugs she moved the hand truck back between the counter and then asked what I wanted not realizing she just blocked her own self from getting the product she advised me to get but, then cursed at me not to. I told her never mind there is a new Smoke/Vape store two doors down I will give them my business. Another employee entered the rear of the store and asked the drugged out employee if things were okay, I on my way out told her what happened and that I would be going forward giving my business next door and would advise others to do so as well. The smoke shop next door, they were sober, attentive, nice, helpful, and I shared my story with him and he told me that he has had multiple people come in and tell him the same horrible drugged out customer service as well. I know these shops are and do promote marijuana use, but owners should at least have their employees have more than one brain cell and not be under the influence of multiple drugs while on duty. This was the biggest disgrace of any customer service I have ever seen in my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURNIES OR ANY BURNIES AS THEY ARE SUB PAR HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACES FOR EVEN THE MOST MINOR OF PURCHASES! The owners should be embarrassed of themselves for allowing such low level employees representing their brand! read more
