We hired Mr. Staley to pump our septic tank earlier this month. We have lived in this house for…read moreforty years and have had the septic tank mumped numerous times. I can honestly say that Mr. Staley was the very best. He came when he said when he would, and was very courteous. When he was finished, I curiously looked into the septic tank. It was spotless. He must have really powerful equipment to pump out every little bit of stuff. He also told us that our outlet pipe was configured incorrectly and should have a down spout added. He said that he couldn't do it for two weeks because he was booked out that long. He called another company and found out how much it would cost and said that we should make sure that they could come the following week. The reason for haste was that it needed to be done before the tank filled up. All the other times that our tank was pumped the pumping company never put a probe into the tank to see the missing part. After he was done, Mr. Staley gave us the receipt and the email address to the Frederick county Septic rebate program and told us that we could get some money from the county to help pay the cost. We didn't even know about the program and this was a nice surprise.

The tech was very informative and answered all of my stupid questions with a smile. They refused my tip (for being the only company out of the 10 or so I called) to come out on a Sunday. They even informed me of a $75 rebate through Frederick County for getting my septic tank pumped. What an awesome service they provide. We are now a customer for life.

But what really "pisses" me off is the administration/operational staff. They do not answer their contact us emails. They do not text you when they are coming like they said they would. They just show up when you are in the middle of something. Zero communication with this company unless it is time to get your CC number and payment. They travel at warp speed to payment.
