No one that works for him has any idea what they are doing. I was charged $200 per hour for the technician to sit on the phone in his van with tech support for over 2 hours! For all I know I was being charged $200 per hour for that guy to talk to his girlfriend! This company has no scruples so I wouldn't put it past them! Besides, I didn't realize customers now foot the bill for on the job training! If you have money to burn use this company but money will be the only thing burning if you do - it certainly won't be your boiler!

I found Q's on Yelp and looked at the reviews and contacted Mark (the owner). He got back to me very quickly! When my furnace had issues they came out same day and the price didn't break my budget. Chris and Mike came out and serviced my furnace, they were professional, quick and efficient. I can't recommend them enough to everyone I know. Broad Brook discovered the leak, patched it, and done, for a fraction of the price. Amazing! I highly recommend their maintenance agreement plan, which covers you for a whole year, making sure things are ship-shape. He reassured me his company could do the repairs and even continue to service our boiler. After receiving the estimate, I called and left Dennis a message on October 23, 2017, to have Broad Brook come do the repair work. As of November 14th, 2017 I have yet to hear from Broad Brook. I can't say I am impressed with this company. I definitely feel Dennis had no intention of seeing through with the repair work.

We made the decision to replace the central air unit and had Valley come out and give us a quote on the work. Their quote was very competitive and we wanted to have them replace our unit based upon the excellent service we had received in the past. Our job took two days to complete and the work crew sent out to our house was excellent. They laid down tarps to protect our floors from any debris (we had all of our duct work replaced). In addition we have a small dog who was very curious about their work and really thought they came to visit with her - they were very nice to her and gave her attention. The crew worked very efficiently and answered any of our questions and review details with us along the way. Our new WIFI thermostat had not come in so they installed a digital thermometer and then came back and replaced it with the WIFI unit as soon as it came in. They made the experience pleasurable and we would highly recommend them for both installation and service. It's a pleasure to do business with Valley!

He was the first to respond and I let him go ahead and replace the air handler blower and add Freon for about $2000. The original blower was a Lennox. He replaced it with an ECM variable speed blower and he gave me no warranty. He just said "call me and I'll take care of you." The system failed within 10 days and I called him repeatedly with no response. Finally, I used my wife's cell phone and he picked up. He came and jump-started the system and charged me $261 for what should have been a free follow-up. So today 5-18-26 the blower was unresponsive the first time I used it this year. It did not last even 2 years. I called him to ask about a possible warranty but got no response. I ended up calling another contractor who installed a non-variable speed blower which came with a 4-year warranty and cost less than half the price to install. This kind is a way better option but for some reason Troy did not offer me the option.
