We turned on the system for the first time - no cold air. We contacted LOVEWELL and they were at our house the next day. They diagnosed our problem - whoever had installed the system did it incorrectly and we needed a new compressor. LOVEWELL contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the unit under warranty, we only had to pay to install the new part. LOVEWELL had the part shipped promptly and kept us informed as to its arrival date. I should add that this happened just before the 4th of July heatwave. Our 4th was cool and comfortable thanks to LOVEWELL. Going forward, LOVEWELL is the only company we'll call for AC & heating service and repairs. Nice folks and GREAT customer service.

He told me that in life I might need to call a plumber some day and you better know some basics before signing a contract with someone. He began to give me a grand tour of all the plumbing that A&L Plumbing did on the job site and kept telling me how clean, orderly, and efficient they are. Just from the looks of it, I would have to agree. Being in IT, I know when little things are out of place and its the little things that make all the difference. Let me tell you (not knowing much about plumbing), these guys had everything in place and in an orderly fashion. Properly labelled pipes, state of the art products and from the looks of it, had tons of experience in this area. I work with modern technology all the time and would have to say that when the Forman showed me around and what types of plumbing technology they were installing, I was blown away! I had no idea all the tech that is now involved within this area. I thought the profession was kind of behind with technology and sort of playing catch-up... I had no idea the setup they that was involved with some of the plumbing equipment. Remote-in with your phone to adjust the temperature of your water heater and analyse just about any stats you want? WHAT? Seriously, Yeah, these guys know their S#it. He began to tell me these guys are the ones to call even if I had a small plumbing concern and that they are the most reasonably price contractors around. In addition, handed me a their number on a scrap piece of paper, should I ever need them in the future. None, the less my friend recently bought a house and they happened to call them and they did all the plumbing in their house ha! Crazy! They began to tell me how nice of a crew they are and how efficient they were with the installation upgrades and their requests, that even they recommended them to me. That's twice now from two different sources that when the time comes for me, I will certainly call these guys and have them do all my plumbing needs. I would not feel comfortable having someone else do the work, when my closest friends tell me they are good. Seeing first hand what these guys can do on the job site I was working at, it is certain I will call them. I had to write this review because I feel they deserve a good review seeing how hard these guys work and the quality of work that it would be nice of me to express my thoughts online. Call'em up, it is better than going to the big overpriced box plumbers.

The entire HVACC system was installed improperly. Home is 3 years old and needs thousands of dollars in repairs to get the air conditioning working properly due to improper installation. Doing the right thing is not the motto they abide by. If you appreciate horrible communication, and people taking short cuts on high priced systems they're your guys!
