There were some that wanted to charge me extra for parts/ replacements and one said I can go get my own water heater and he'll just charge me for labor. Which means I would need to haul that big water heater home myself. With labor and the heater price, having joe take care of the job was a better choice! I recommend giving Allison Plumbing a try if you need things fixed at home. Joe is courteous, very knowledgable with what he does, professional, on time, honest, careful with work, and gives reasonable pricing.
