Not until I was driving by and saw a roofing company at work... no Mass in the yard, all the workers looked professional, and the product being installed, looked fantastic! I stopped, got their information, and after a few conversations Bowling Construction was at my home installing my new roof. Not just any roof, a GAF roof! The best of the best, six nails per shingle, 50 year warranty, workmanship warranty...etc. it only took them two days and I had the best looking roof in my neighborhood! Two years later, I went outside to see that my neighbors home had water pouring out of the walls, front door, garage, water was everywhere! Not sure what to do so I called Bowling Construction and within an hour they were there getting to work. Unfortunately, the house was completely destroyed inside, but amazingly they were able to remove all the damaged areas and completely restore the two-story home within just a couple months. I have since referred friends, family, and perfect strangers (all in need, but unsure what to do or who to trust) and not one person has called me upset! If anything they've called me to thank me for the referral! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, IF YOUR ROOF IS DAMAGED, IF YOUR HOME IS DAMAGED, IF YOU TRULY WANT THE BEST PEOPLE AND BEST MATERIALS AND A FAIR PRICE....DONT HESITATE CALL BOLING CONSTRUCTION!! I had many local and out of town roofing companies come look at my roof to give estimates. I asked a local company in Fredericksburg if they would know if my insurance should pay for damage to my roof. I was told they didn't and I would need to get with my insurance on that. Well insurance had already denied me. Another company from out of town wanted to charge me $100,000 for a roof. I was about to give up when Liberty from HCPR left his card at my door. I almost didn't call because I was tired of dealing with roofing companies. That call changed everything. Liberty came out with one of the owners ,Tom. They looked at my roof and said they didn't understand why insurance didn't pay the claim. They fought for me to get the insurance to overturn their decision and they succeeded. They were able to get the insurance to pay for an entire new metal roof. I had a regular metal roof, but HCPR upgraded me to a standing seam roof which is one of the better roofs that is out there and is made to last. I had already completely given up, but they gave me hope. They truly care about people and only want to help. These guys are very knowledgeable and they know exactly what they're doing. They are honest and truthful with everything they tell you. I do not recommend anyone else if you're looking to get your roof replaced. This company is completely unique and no other roofing company compares to them or even comes close to their exceptional service and work. One of the other owners Marcus was around when the roof was getting installed and he went above and beyond to fix my side gate that was not latching properly. They recommended Soukup Roofing and Juston Edwards came out and assessed it. Have a quote and the next week they went to work on it. Their team covered all of my stuff and worked quick. Replaced my window screens, gutters, shingles, underlayment, drip edges, and even cut new roof decking for damaged areas. They had the shingles all off in 2 hours, main roof installed new shingles in one day, and second day finished the gutters (machine shapes and cuts to size gutters on site for a long continuous piece) and tightened it all up. However, the last time they were here, they broke off a piece of roof trim to do a color match for paint. I have been waiting months for them to come back to do the work. Now we realized there is a leak under where they broke the trim off and we have damage to the ceiling under it. And worst of all, it looks like this COMPANY IS OUT OF BUSINESS which means that clearly they are not going to fix what they broke off and they are not going to take care of the damages resulting from what they did. SO FRUSTRATED!!' The worker had assured me that breaking off that small piece of trim was not going to cause any problems. I know my review is pointless since they appear to be out of business right now. But, if they ever reopen, please beware.
