My chiropractor referred me to Evolve for an RMT massage. Originally they referred me to Audra, but she was booked up past when I was available, so instead I took a leap of faith and booked Morley. The appointment started on time and began with Morley going over my areas of concern and testing the tenseness as well as range of motion. He taught me a few quick stretches. Then, he stepped out so I could get ready and lay on the massage table. He worked on my glutes first, and always asked first to make sure I was comfortable with the area he was focusing on. Then he worked on my pecs and finally my shoulders. For $110, I got the full 60 minutes of treatment. He made sure that the initial discussion and education on stretches were outside the 60 minutes, which I appreciated. During the massage, we made lots of conversation. I talked about the spa I went to for a treatment and it came up that I was not planning to come back for multiple treatments, but instead was going to use my benefits to try multiple spas. Morley was totally understanding and ended up taking the time to teach me 8 stretches, going above and beyond. After the massage, I immediately felt the results. I knew he wouldn't have been able to loosen me entirely after one session, but I could really feel the difference which lasted a week or two. The quality of this massage was definitely the best out of the other RMT massages I had at spas. It was so good that I decided to go back to use the last of my benefits, booking a 30 minute massage for $60. It was not as in depth, being a shorter treatment, but still I felt results afterwards. I did have a bit of trouble at first claiming, but after calling and clarifying with Morley, I was able to get the claim expensed. I came in complaining of low back pain and she determined that the pain was likely from my hips translating to my lower back which made a lot of sense given a past hip injury. Prior to being a client at evolve message therapy, I must have visited four other clinics in the Vancouver area in hopes to find a great massage therapist that I could build rapport with and help subside my lower back pain. However, this was not the case until I found the wonderful massage therapists at evolve. Evolve was recommended to me by my GP and I'm glad that she did. The therapists here have precise control and are very thorough in targeting the correct muscle groups to relieve them of tension. They have helped me deal with and understand the causes of my back pain. Furthermore, they have identified which muscles groups were weak and what I could do to strengthen them in order to prevent further damage to my back. I'm thrilled to say that I've been pain free ever since I've started with evolve a year and a half ago. There are numerous registered massage therapists at evolve, each having their own strengths. I can't recommend a specific one. You must try them all and determine for yourself which therapist meets your unique needs/goals. However, I can say that the staff here are very personable, and knowledgable about ways in dealing with your issues and I can't recommended them more. The first time I came here, I got somebody else. I didn't realize there was this place close to my home and I was so happy, I didn't have to go too far. My first experience was just so so. Then I asked the receptionist for somebody who is a better therapist. As I need another massage for the following month for my back. I've been having regular RMT treatments with Rico for a few years and I would highly recommend him. All the staff there are very friendly, which makes it a very comfortable place to receive treatments. Booking appointments are a little tough, so I would recommend booking at least 1 month in advance to ensure you get a date and time that works for you. read more

I really like coming here for massage sessions with Audra, I've tried most of the RMTs here and Audra is by far the best in skills out of all the RMTs I've tried to date. All of the staff here are very friendly and cheery, which is definitely important in creating a welcoming atmosphere. I've been seeing a few RMTs at Evolve ever since I was in a car accident. I've been through a several massage therapy clinics but I ended up sticking with this one. They took the time to actually get to know me, and to fix my problems, not just manage the pain. The service is always impeccable and I have always been impressed with their level of service. One of the most important things to me is how clean everything is. I'm a bit of a germaphobe and anything dirty makes my skin crawl. I can happily report that this place is spotless, and the sheets smell amazing! I would recommend anyone at the clinic, as I know they only have the best there! read more

I only want to give credit to my massage therapist who I followed for years, her name is Emiri Benish. If any of her customers would write a review about her, I bet you anything, it's going to be the same as mine because Emiri is AWESOME!!! I work in an office environment which requires me to use the computer all day long. I often get shoulder, neck and lower back pain due to the amount of time I sit in the office and stare at the computer screen for hours! Price for the massage is a bit pricy, but I don't care, because I think it's well worth it. $90/hour (RMT, Register Massage Therapist), I think this is pretty standard. If you get any cheaper, the quality would not be the same. Emiri's working hour is not too convenient because she doesn't work much weekly. Only Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning and some Saturdays (occasionally). But as I said, if she is this good, you will be willing to sacrifice some of your working hours to go see her. This lady has "Healing Hands"!!!!!! You won't be disappointed. read more
