What should have left me feeling better after a one hour session, left me feeling nothing but "need" for a better massage after. --- early bird special here is a really sweet deal ($39 before 3pm). I felt like the rooms are perfectly fine. I can see why some people think it resembles a hospital room, but I was perfectly fine with it and the songs they played downstairs. I like how the noise level was kept to a minimal and there's the option of a room on the second floor where you can have your massage in the same room with a friend. However, I prefer downstairs over upstairs. It's a lot less quiet upstairs. My masseuse Tracy wasn't too good....in the sense that I hardly felt anything after the massage. However, I wouldn't mind trying a different masseur/ masseuse next time. Luna's not bad as a masseuse. Favourite so far would be Kelly :) (non RMT) And New favourite, but he's an RMT.... Pricier, but well worth it if you're covered :) Phillip's the name. I was 10 minutes late but he was very chill about everything and gave me my full hour of massage therapy. My shoulders feel so much better/ relaxed now. You definitely feel an obvious difference. He also explained a lot of stuff in Chinese to me and showed me some stretches to improve my problem areas. He speaks English rather well, I just prefer using Chinese. On a side note, they have 3 registered RMT's here that work from Monday to Sunday with different availabilities. I felt super lucky after the session as Wynne is a great RMT, she genuinely cares for your ailments, she's a great conversationalist is you like talking during your massage. She does check ins to ensure you're ok. Wynne does take good precautions to make sure you and her are safe. Face down she has created a protection so you can still breathe, but face up mask on. I'm certainly ok with those things for safety. I would recommend absolutely, but books up fast so I grab one appointment a month for the rest of 2020.

But they were the only ones I knew who did Gua Sha treatment on my neck for cough, or so i thought. I called and booked an appoint and then confirmed few hours before the treatment. When I entered the office, julian told me that they booked too many people. There was another woman. He started to do my treatment and i told him that I want Lee to do it. But he kept on doing cupping etc. Then he tried Gua Sha and he was doing it all wrong. I asked him that I wanted Lee to do it, Lee inserted a few needles, and cupping on top. I interrupted her that i wanted neck drainage for cough as i asked for it when I booked. She left and never came back, Julian came back and removed the needles/cups. He has not been to school, let alone medical school. What a waste of my time and money. Please don't waste peoples' time if you are busy. Their prices has doubled and their quality has reduced by 50%.

However since they only have 2, you might not be able to get one if both are taken. They are also great in that they only close on Wed, and work from Thursday to Tuesday.
