One of the most well-know locations. Only this place and the port credit branch got it right. Tasty and flavorful. Lines are always long, but its a better bet to order in person. Prices have gone up sadly but def worth it if you dont mind driving through this busy insection. Halibut is my fav. Pulled pork is clutch too. I have ordered burritos from this Burrito Boyz location a few times now, and they have proven to be good and consistent. My last visit to Burrito Boyz was on a Wednesday at around 6:30 PM. As always, there was a line at the cash for people placing their order and a bunch of people waiting for their order to be ready. The order line usually moves quickly, and I was able to place the order within 5 minutes. The wait for the order to be ready was about 15 minutes, which also as expected. The order that night consisted of two beef burritos on white tortillas and one naked beef burrito, which is burrito without the tortilla (just a burrito salad). After ordering, and waiting for a bit, they call you up to choose your toppings. It is a good idea to scope out the toppings before you are called to choose because there are a lot of choices. You also have the choice of level of spiciness form a dot of hot sauce to a line, or several lines. There is always an up charge for guacamole, which fine because I always skip it, and it appears that everyone else did too since it was turning brown and oxidized (I guess that's what happens when you charge extra for one topping). TL;DR You do not have to order online. Walk-in orders are accepted despite signage. Average wait time is one hour, regardless of method of ordering, during dinner hours. Arrived at this location. Sign says 6 people max. Which no one respected. All the couriers (Ubereats, DoorDash, etc) lines up inside. There was probably a consistent 6-8 the entire hour I was there. Rewind. Another sign say online order pick up only. Which I found out later wasn't true. I waited outside and ordered online. At 5:30. Received a text that my order of two naked burritos would be ready by 5:50. Did not receive my order till 6:30. To add to that, people were walking in and ordering. Wasted my time trying to order online. Makes no difference for speed of service. Walk in orders received their order in an hour despite cashier saying 15-20 minute wait. This location did not have the right number of people working nor any processes for efficiency. There was one person managing DoorDash orders, another managing UberEats orders, another managing online orders, and another managing walk-in orders. It was atrocious to watch. I love burrito boyz, and I used to love this location my favourite was always the one on Stavebank but this one was a close second, but I've noticed it going downhill quickly and it's quickly become my least favourite. Flavour wise all the burrito boyz are the same the only different I find is the amount you get and the preparation. Well this location NEVER seems to cut the green peppers properly and I'm not speaking from one experience I'm speaking from 3! The last 3 times I've come here I've had a quarter of a bell pepper sliced into my food! Seriously pieces cut 2-3 inches wide and long! This is not how you cut peppers and THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION I've ever had this problem at! The one at 10 and Steele's is always perfect as well as the one on Stavebank. I guess this really started for me as a late night place after the clubs. My first time at burrito boyz was on Adelaide street. I still remember how my friends talked about it all the time. They assured me that I would not be dissapointed. They were right. You can pretty much compare burrito boyz to a mucho burrito or a subway (with burritos). First you select you main filling and then your tortilla type. After that you're given an option of ingredients to fill your burrito with. Afree an option of fresh vegetables, salsa, guacamole, and sauce your burrito is taken hostage in order for it to be filled and grilled. It takes a little bit but I figure it crunchifies the tortilla and melts everything together all nice. My favorite is the halibut burrito, which has a giant piece of fish in it. I've also tried the haddock and was just as impressed. I'm pretty sure that whatever location you go to you'll be pleased. Fair warning though... Adelaide gets RIDICULOUSLY busy at night. read more

It's best to do take out here as dine in isn't that good and especially with the crowd coming in, it's difficult to enjoy the food. I've been to this late night hot spot for many years! I'm super lucky that it's only a 3 min drive from my house. Burrito Boyz is a staple in Mississauga! I usually get the chicken/steak burrito, I love the side chips and guacamole but my fav is the halibut. You'll never leave this place hungry. There was a max of 4 shrimps that I saw in the burrito and they weren't 4 full shrimps either. They were 4 cut up pieces of shrimp. I would definitely not get their shrimp burrito anymore because it's definitely NOT worth it. They definitely cheaped out on the shrimps. I haven't been in this location in a year and today reminded me of why... The quality of the food has declined since it opened and how it's still even in business today amazes me... Though I was surprised at the good customer service today, since it's usually terrible and unfriendly, but I'm not surprised with the food. INCREDIBLY hit or miss. It's clear that most of the people voting this up have never been to the Port Credit location or haven't seen the slip in quality as of late. There are certain things I come to expect at a Burrito Boyz. As the restaurant of choice for drunk/partying teens, long lineups and angry customers are just an unavoidable part of the experience. Faced with a packed pho restaurant next door and this, we took the safe option and braved the lineup at B.B. You're either waiting 5-10 minutes for a naked burrito bowl, or you're waiting an extra 10-20 minutes for them to cook the burrito in a tortilla, especially during a lineup. There's no in-between. I opted for the former option, and was a bit miffed when I saw the end product. When I say, "Put everything on it", I don't mean that you should skip half the ingredients altogether, especially the sauces. The girl working on making food that night clearly had better priorities, although perhaps it was a blessing in disguise, because it went through me right quick the next morning anyway. I found the quality to be decent, but way too dry without sauces. That brings me to the next point - paying for guacamole. Yes, I understand why they did it. No, I still don't agree with it. If you're going to charge me an extra dollar or more for guacamole, I expect more than a tiny little spoonful on the corner of my plate. It feels like the staff are cutting way too many corners here. Unlike the P.C. location (where the staff have a clearly-defined series of commands they give each other, and are diligent and quick to boot), half the employees just seem to roam around aimlessly in the back. It doesn't help that the restaurant itself feels very shoddy as of late. The menu looks disorganized and scattered, and no one seems to have been cleaning the utilitarian-metal tables and chairs scattered around. I would like to think that this location could step its game and be a truly stellar branch, but I suppose operating in the virtual centre of Mississauga and catering to tons of people who don't know any better has made them unwieldy and slow. The steak burrito on the menu is misleading. It is not really steak at all. A steak is a slice of finely cut meat. Not ground beef! Because if you order a steak burrito at Burrito Boyz, ground beef is what you're going to get. There was once upon a time where Burrito Boyz did serve proper steak meat, but for some reason recently they switched over to ground beef and still call it steak. This is misleading. It just does not taste the same anymore. One can go to Chipotle where they serve a proper steak burrito. Great bang for buck. If you're craving some Mexican to fill you up for ~$6-7, this is the place! It's very customizable and there's a lot of options to choose from - the ingredients are very fresh. You can tick all the options you like but it seems like most people like "everything" on it! I find it amazing that they are able to stuff all the ingredients in one burrito! Fresh Burritos on a late night, oh yeah! The burritos here are huge, and you will surely get full if you eat one. They have chicken, steak, halibut and shrimp burritos, size small and large. The small is pretty big to be small (that's what she said) lol. If you weren't feeling for a burrito, they also have quesadillas too! Iv tried them and they're good. Mucho good. I've had a great experience with the food and a mediocre experience with the service which is why I gave it 3 stars. When you walk in, they have quite a few seating selections which is nice but I noticed that alot of the folks that go in, leave as soon as they get their order. The quality of the food is great but I'm biased as it's the only Burrito Boyz I've been to in the GTA. I always enjoy Burrito Boyz. It's comfort food for me. Came here with my boyfriend to pick up dinner for an easy night in on a Thursday evening. Staff is friendly. I ordered a naked chicken burrito and my boyfriend ordered the naked halibut. If you don't consume dairy you don't have to pay extra for guac which is always great. Portion size was good for the chicken, but the halibut portion was quite small to what my boyfriend gets at other Burrito Boyz locations so he wasn't overly happy about that. Great as any of the other Burrito Boyz are but the one thing that sucks is location. It's on one of the busiest streets and also the worst intersection in Mississauga. Parking? Forget about it! So if you are public transporting it or in the area, great. If not I'd go to a less congested location. If they had music, it'd be a night club. Dollar for dollar, the biggest and best burrito in town and the perfect way to wrap-up a night out with some friends. Just to note though, if you're a fan of some spice, one line of hot sauce will MORE THAN satisfy your tastes and two lines takes real cajones.
