I am a HUGE fan of Chipotle. This place is definitely a copy of Chipotle, but better! The quality of food seems to be better, fresher and with a few more options. The thing I like most about Chipotle's food is that they have gone all non GMO. I don't know that this place is all non GMO, but if I knew it were, a Chipotle coming to town wouldn't even make me bat an eye, I would still come here! The employees are super nice and pleasant. They have America posters up and a sign that says "God bless this business". Those 2 things make me support this business with my hard earned money. God bless them, indeed. Mexican owned and operated. We ordered burrito bowls that tasted excellent, everything taste homemade! Not for nothing they were affordable too. The restaurant isn't "spiffy" but i like it cause I feel like we're actually eating in a Mexican diner, the seating, decor, and music are not Americanized at all. I've gotten burritos here a handful of times, and every time I'm extremely happy. It's like Subway but only for burritos. They are delicious. The cilantro rice I think it is, is really good, along with fresh cilantro, really gives the burrito a good flavor. This is by far my favorite place to eat in the Brainerd area. Like other reviews said it's the same concept at Chipotle but in my opinion it's better. I usually get steak tacos and then actually put enough steak on them that you can actually get some with every bite. This is a great place to get a burrito, bowl and quesadillas. The food is fresh, the meats are tasty and the people serving are so nice. This was our 3rd time in and they remembered us. So far we have tried the chicken, shredded pork, seasoned pork and chorizo bowl or burrito. All tasty. We also try to learn a bit of Spanish. The guys appreciate it. read more

Limited menu is the only con. Awesome Mexican for this far North. The burrito I got was probably 4 pounds. I've been there twice and excellent service and food both times although both orders were to go. They've even got barbacoa which is hard to find. read more
