asked for cheese and received no cheese on Dave's double. Meat was also dried out. Went in and had them cook me a fresh one and told them what I wanted on it (no onion or ketchup), got onion and ketchup and another dried out burger. I asked to take burger off the grill before it cooked so long and they said they use a conveyer-type of machine that runs it through. I thought this was made fresh on the grill (I used to work at Wendy's). Burgers were always moist and a little greasy, which made them delicious. Now they are cooked to well done and are dry and tasteless. The crew looked sloppy in jeans and hair unkempt, etc. One worker was swearing. Will NOT go back to this Wendy's again. Forgot to mention, when I saw no cheese again on the burger I asked for it and they said "there is no cheese sliced." I left in disgust read more

Extremely disappointed!!! I have been going to this Wendy's for 16 years. I understand the Covid thing has less people working but not having chili 2 times in 2 weeks?? At lunch time?? And so then I ordered a Jr. bacon cheese burger, NO bacon on it and mustard? Yuck, threw it in the garbage!! We decided to try the new Breakfast Biscuits that were advertised for only $1. Amazingly good!! There is a real egg( not the powdered reconstituted kind you often find) ; slice of cheese; and either a sausage patty or piece of bacon on a soft , warm buttery biscuit! Melts in your mouth! Love it! I have also tried the bacon egg and swiss cheese on a croissant, and that was very good too. Just add some seasoned potatoes to go along with it too. A great place for breakfast! read more

Stopped in late tonight and ordered two sandwiches and fries. Sandwiches were stale and cold. The fries were stale and so salty. I didn't finish one sandwich or a quarter of the fries. Worst Wendy's experience I've had. I won't be coming back. read more

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon, there was a family waiting for their food, seems it had been taking a long time because I over heard the family complain about the length of time it was taking. There were 2 other groups ahead of me in line to order, not sure how long they waited but one person left after we got there. My husband and I watched as everyone seem to just stand around in the kitchen, and waited about 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We left, and the lady that was in line ahead of us left also and told me that we were about the 4 or 5 group of people to walk out without any food. I also watched one staff member scream at another staff member, in front of all of us. This is not five star service and I will most likely not go back to Wendy's anytime soon. This one is really bad, which is a shame since the place has been redone to look nice, but not good service!! read more

Every time I go to this Wendy's I have problems. I decided to give them another chance, but I was again extremely disappointed. I ordered a particular salad and a bunch of other things for my family. The order was processed with no problem. However, when the order was being filled, an employee informed my husband and I that they had discontinued the salad "just yesterday" and that they didn't have the ingredients to make it. I asked to be refunded because there wasn't anything else on the menu I could eat because I have gestational diabetes and cannot tolerate other menu items. The employee said I had to order something else because she was not going to give me a refund. She became very rude and told my husband that, "Both of my parents have diabetes and they eat here all the time." I was prepared to give her a physiology lesson and explain the differences between gestational and type 2 diabetes, not to mention the differences between human beings with the same type of diagnoses. In the end, she agreed to issue the refund and we told her we expected a complete refund for not just the salad, but all of the items we had purchased for our entire family. She was extremely rude to use, but eventually agreed to refund our money (because they were very busy and customers were becoming irritated). We will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

We arrived just past dinner time on Sunday October 19th. We had coupons to use and one of the cashiers was extremely rude and snarky about us using one of them, insisting that WE were wrong even though we had read the coupon clearly and tried to show her. They then supposedly were out of baked potatoes so we had to order something else. We witnessed the same young person YELL at a customer that was in line behind us as he had a coupon to use as well. As we went to leave I noticed someone who had come in after us had a baked potato. So they not only lied to is about being "out" of baked potatoes but were very rude and inconsiderate to the customers. Will not be returning again. They might have remodeled the building, maybe they should start onremodeling who they hire and who is currently employed. read more

Let me first say that I love Wendy's burgers and had been going there for many years, despite the horrendous customer service this company gives. It doesn't seem to matter which location I even go to, but the one I'm writing about today is the Maple Grove, Minnesota location. You'd think making a hamburger correctly was like brain surgery. I make it as simple as it can get, a burger with ketchup and mustard...that's it. I don't want cheese on my burger so I always would tell them, no cheese. It's always correct on the receipt, so whoever is making the sandwiches either can't read or understand English or they just don't care. In a stretch of ten visits, they would make my burger incorrectly. I called and talked with their manager and she asked me not to fill out the online survey because that would hurt her store. So I told her directly and then she basically put it on me asking why I wasn't checking my order! Seriously? I would think a manager would get to the root of the problem instead of asking their customers to check their order. I was in on a particular night and the manager on duty came to the window and talked with me directly, which I thought was nice, at the time. He said just ketchup and mustard, right? I said yes, thank you. So I didn't check this order as I just talked with him. When I got home, I had the ketchup and mustard...along with pickles, onions, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise. So I called him up and told him and he said that was impossible as he watched the guy make the sandwich. I said I can bring them back and show you. I still have the pictures as he basically called me a liar. This is how pathetic this place is. The manager supposedly watches an employee make a sandwich and they can't even put the correct one in the bag. So the guy says something to the effect, I was told if you came in to call corporate. I said what's that supposed to mean? Here I am saving them money on condiments and because they don't have any competent people hired there, they are trying to blame me for something? So when I fill those receipt survey's, one of the questions is would you like to be contacted about your visit? Every time I put yes down and waste my time filling out my information. To this date, nobody has ever tried to call me! So my advice is to STAY AWAY!! read more
