The solution consisted of a perimeter drain and two sets of sump pumps, one battery operated for back-up, at opposite corners of the basement. The installation personnel were very professional and worked extremely hard. The system was installed in 3 days as promised. Recently we had a significant storm which dumped 6-9" of water in less than 3 hours. The basement was completely dry after the storm. Lon and the customer service rep Nicole answered all of our questions in a timely manner and contacted us after the job was complete in the event we had any further questions.
