Several other electrical companies charged over $100 just to come out and do an estimate before even doing any work - I found this to be ridiculous and decided to go with "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." I can tell you right away that I made a solid decision as that Jim did a great job from the gecko! He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. When he arrived, he was very respectful to the property. He did not mind me watching him install the electrical outlets in my home and explain how the whole system works. Jim did a fantastic job of eliminating one of my existing electrical outlets and moving it up. He also installed a new GFI outlet in my bathroom so that I can hook up my beloved Japan-style bidet toilet. Overall Jim is very knowledgeable and experienced in his electrical work, as well as very meticulous in little details. He takes pride in his job from start to finish to ensure the job is done right the first time. I felt very comfortable with Jim and "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." We set up a time and he arrived with all the plumbing supplies, ready to work. He tested the new disposal, cleaned up his tools and left. Kort is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Kort and his company. We will definitely call on him for future repairs!

Explained issues he found in addition to my concerns. Developed three level plan with pricing for each. Also explained leaky water heater and checked warranty. Once decided what I wanted done, he came back on scheduled day (4/23and completed all repairs/replacements. Josh explained exactly what he and his trainee (Ben Mulron) were doing as they performed the various tasks, had an efficient work plan and was very personable and polite. Completed all the work in time estimated and did a walk thru with me showing me everything done. Also explained current warranty on various work. He was very respectful of my concern for the owner's cats who are still in the house. In addition, he was a very good supervisor, explaining tasks to trainee to do and showing him minor correction and letting him redo.
