One year later, I find the title was incorrect and TWPD indicated to me that the dealer made the mistake and put the model number of the motor on the title instead of the serial number. I called Barbara to discuss the fact that my receipt from her only had TBD on the serial number blank of the document. Barbara was extremely rude and would not listen to my issue. She stated that the TWPD was the problem and not her. I hung up on her because she would not admit she was the problem. Scott came out to diagnose the boat within 3-4 days. He found the problem (bad starter relay) and fixed it straight away. We appreciate the fast/right fix as I had plans to go out on the boat that weekend with my daughter. By fixing it quick I got the quality time with my daughter.

Promised it would be parked inside so I did not bring the cover. When I drove out to their place to see what was taking so long my boat was parked outside during the spring rains. I took the boat to diagnose why the warning buzzer was going off. They finally called and said the carbs needed rebuilt because they were leaking. Cost 750 dollars , they also claimed the buzzer never went off after a lake test. When I took the boat out it behaved exactly the same as before I took it to these guys. When I called they said they would be glad to work on it but would cost more money. I took my boat to a better qualified mechanic and they fixed the problem , said there had been no recent work done on the carbs. No new seals etc... Don't use the people.
